Booking.com did not make it very clear that any card-based non-refundable payments specified for this booking are not actual payments for this stay, but only no-show penalties. The facility does not actually charge any card for your stay, only cash payments are expected at the front desk.

It is 10 minutes away from Istanbul Airport, the rooms were very clean, the employees were friendly and I was very pleased with the service. I took advantage of the taxi service, they use VIP cars, it was really great. I would definitely recommend it, it is very good in terms of price / performance.

We stayed here on an overnight layover and it was great. The location is about 15 minutes from the airport. Clean and staff was super friendly

Staff at the hotel are helpful. The hotel taxi service is very good .the staff takes care of you especially if it's your first time .they are reliable.

When I first came they said ihave to pay although I have paid , I have to show them the receipts, although they already have the confirmation from booking, they told me that I have to book taxi through them because at 6 am I will not find taxi, when they taxi arrived in the morning it was a bet late because the hotel book the same taxi for many customers and charged us all separately more than the full.price of the taxi ( charged us 600 Turkish lira each and paid the taxi 400).

I stayed one night at this hotel in Istanbul during a long layover and had a very unpleasant experience. We went to the hotel to rest, but instead, I found myself at the front desk arguing with the employee and going up and down different floors as he showed me various rooms priced at €65–€70. This went on for a good 10 minutes, even though I had a confirmed booking for €38. He insisted there was no way the price could be that low until I showed him my confirmation. Only then did he reluctantly agree—but still gave me a different room than the one I had booked. On top of that, he forced me to pay in cash, which was very inconvenient, and he did not give me a receipt. My parents were exhausted and had to follow me around while I dealt with all of this, which made the situation even more frustrating. Later, when I asked for help getting a taxi to the airport, he again tried to scam me by saying the only option was a “VIP taxi” for €30—even though it had cost me less than €13 to get to the hotel. When I said I just wanted a regular taxi, he claimed there were none and refused to provide any local taxi phone numbers, which is hard to believe. If you do stay here and need a ride, just do some research before you get there. This stay was stressful, deceptive, and not what I expected. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a straightforward and honest experience.
