As a solo female traveler with a night layover in Istanbul I needed somewhere close, safe and clean to stay. I didn’t want to pay the crazy prices there were asking for the airport box/coffin. Dem Premium hotel provided a car/shuttle, lemonade upon arrival and offered to bring some fruit to my room, which I declined since I needed sleep. In the morning they brought me breakfast to the room, at a time we previously agreed on and the shuttle took me back to the airport. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were updated and very clean. Note: IST airport only has a 1h free wifi for which password you receive in a ln airport kiosk (ridiculous for an airport voted the best in the world). It is a little tricky to find the car/shuttle since they don’t wait for you with a sign as you exit (which is what o was expecting, no idea why since that was never specified). Once you land the hotel asks you to call them, walk outside to the bus stops and take a photo of yourself, upon which a driver finds you. It’s a great system provided you have phone service and/or WiFi.

I had an overnight layover at Istanbul international and needed a place to stay for the night. I booked my room of choice with complimentary shuttle transfer to and from the airport. Upon arrival I contacted the hotel via WhatsApp to let them know I arrived and was sent detail son how to meet the shuttle. Once in it, it took around 15 minutes to reach the hotel and was warmly greeted and checked in. They asked what time would I like to have breakfast sent to my room and when would I like the shuttle to take me back to the airport. Once sorted I went to my room which was spacious, clean and filled with amenities (toiletries, snacks, water, fridge etc..) Staff went above and beyond and were lovely. For my next overnight layover in Istanbul I will immediately book here again.

Hotel is about 15 minutes from the IST airport, so much better than being in Istanbul if you have an early morning flight. I used the hotel's shuttle service at 25 Euros Round Trip. Driver and van were excellent.

The listing on Booking.com suggests that the rate includes the airport shuttle service. If the hotel price is low, the shuttle is not included. However it is available at a reasonable cost from the hotel.

Great hotel for airport stopover. Staff super friendly and helpful. They include transportation in some rates. If you are following their instructions to find the pick up point, make sure you activate your Internet before going through passport control. I didn't see any place to activate after that. Luckily Turkish Airlines has now an airport wide wifi system. The hotel itself is very clean and I felt quite safe. I will definitely be staying there again.

Room was small, although I was traveling by myself I was given a room with double and a single bed. The space is tight walking around the double bed. Not if any other room would be different. Might be better to see the room first. The staff are super accommodating and I'm sure they would be no problem to change. I only stayed one night, it wasn't worth the hassle.

Great hotel to spend a night between flights in. They also offer airport pickup and drop off for 35eur/round trip.

Hello. I would like to share my experience of staying in the Premium Dem Hotel and express my deep gratitude, especially to Erhan Han, who is responsible for guest reception and hotel transfer. He showed unbelievable care and assistance in everything that was needed. A day before my arrival at the hotel, I booked a transfer from the airport to the hotel. They explained to me who and when would be waiting for me and even asked for my flight number to track my flight and meet me on time at the airport. When I arrived, comfortable and luxurious transportation was already waiting for me at the airport. They helped me with my luggage and offered me water after a long journey. Upon arrival, I was greeted by a very pleasant and responsive receptionist who immediately helped with the reservation of the transfer back to the airport the next day and extended my stay at the hotel for half a day, even though check-in and check-out are always at 10 am, so that I wouldn't have to wander around the airport for 5 hours. But the most amazing part was how I spent that one night and pleasant day in Istanbul. Instead of just staying in the room, the reception very considerately offered me a cruise on a beautiful ship that sailed around the city's landmarks of Istanbul, offering breathtaking magical views. The ship also served delicious Turkish cuisine, and it was the first time in my life that I tried real Turkish drinks. I also got to watch beautiful and diverse dances in different costumes, shows, and many other bright and impressive moments. Dear responsible Erhan Khan drove me to the ship from the hotel and didn't leave until we arrived back at the hotel, showing complete care and explaining everything about each city landmark. It's a very comfortable hotel, with very kind and warm-hearted people, delicious food and drinks. I'm left with many pleasant and positive emotions, as if I didn't end up in the hotel out of necessity but in my Turkish family :).

Everything was amazing. I have never experienced such a warm welcome before. I didn't even want to leave. I express my immense gratitude for the service, attitude, and positive emotions. I will definitely come back to you! Thank you.

The accommodation was cheap, so I didn't expect breakfast, but they brought a plate to my room. The amount of food was not too much, but it was adequate. The staff were all friendly, and there were staff who spoke English and Russian well, so I was able to get various information I needed. The best part is that the accommodation provides a shuttle bus. To do this, you need to choose an accommodation option that includes the shuttle bus fee. If you have a lot of luggage, it is more economical to choose an accommodation that includes the shuttle bus fee than taking a taxi. There are local restaurants and shops in front of the accommodation. It is good for those who stay for a short time because they can spend time near the accommodation without going far. I often use Istanbul Airport (IST) and have been to this city often, and there are good local restaurants that I visit every time I come within 10 minutes on foot.

In my room, the window faced the road, and I was reluctant to open the door because of the noise and smoke. The room was rather dry. Other than that, there was nothing particularly disappointing.

This isn’t my first time staying at this hotel, and it definitely won’t be the last. I love how close it is to the airport and how the staff are always genuinely friendly and ready to help with anything you need. For what you pay, Dem Premium Hotel easily beats the competition — spotless, well-kept rooms that honestly feel just as good as in many European hotels. The free breakfast will keep you full until lunch, and you can enjoy it all the way until 11 a.m. — unlike in some other places, where by that time you’d just be watching them clear the tables and tell you you’re too late. If you arrive in the afternoon, you can grab lunch from the menu, which is super convenient. The hotel also provides a return transfer to the airport in a comfortable minivan, with a wonderful driver who will make you feel at ease — unlike the experience you might have in a regular taxi.

No downsides at all. If there were any, I’d mention them. Everything is perfect for me as someone who loves both aesthetics and comfort.

I stayed at this property during a 24+ hour layover at Istanbul airport. The hotel is perfect for this occasion. There is early check-in and late check-out. They provide a few free bottles of water and snacks. There are several good restaurants along the same street. The WiFi is super fast. The shower has good water and pressure. The beds are comfortable. The A/C works just fine.

There are no fancy amenities (no gym, pool, entertainment, etc.); the hotel is great for a one-night stay. The hotel is not the closest to the airport; you will need transportation. While the hotel shuttle is convenient, taking a taxi or Uber is usually cheaper. If you can negotiate a lower rate for the hotel shuttle, then it is worth it.

The hotel exceeded my expectations. It was about 17-20 minutes trip from the airport. The staff were very welcoming and great at communicating days in advance to arrange the airport transfer which was included in the room price I booked. They indicated very clearly all the steps to follow to meet with the driver, and were very quick to arrange my transfer back the next day for my early flights. The room was small but had everything you need for a short stay, and it was very comfortable. The check in was in a breeze, very fast. I did not have the change to try their breakfast as my flights were very early, but I liked this hotel so much that I booked the same for my return night stay in Istanbul the week after.

On the way back in the transfer we did stop through another location to pick up additional passengers on the way to the airport, when it was advertised as a 'private' transfer (EUR 20) versus a shuttle which should have been EUR 8 in comparison.
