I recently stayed in a beautiful 3-bedroom apartment with my family for a 10-day holiday, and it was an amazing experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly respectful and helpful, especially Mr. Orhan and Mr. Ahmet, who ensured everything was perfect for my family.The apartment was kept impeccably clean, with a team of four lady cleaners coming in every day to change the bedsheets and towels and clean the entire apartment. They even provided extra blankets whenever we needed them, which was great for our family guests . The apartment has been recently renovated, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, keeping us comfortable throughout our stay. My kids had a great break and the convenience of being able to order groceries or restaurant food online was a huge plus, with everything arriving at our door in just 20 minutes. We also loved the option to arrange a Mercedes Vito for a day at a reasonable price, making it easy for us to explore all the historical sites on the European side. Overall, this was a fantastic experience for the whole family, and I can't recommend it enough!My husband and I will book this place again !

We absolutely loved everything about this property! The apartment was extremely clean, modern, and very well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The living room was cozy and spacious, the kitchen had all the necessary utensils and appliances, and the bedroom was quiet with a very comfortable bed that ensured restful sleep after long days exploring Istanbul. The location was also fantastic — close to public transport, shops, and restaurants, yet still very peaceful and quiet. The Wi-Fi was fast, and the air conditioning worked perfectly, which was a big plus. We especially appreciated the kind and responsive host, who made sure we had everything we needed and answered our questions quickly.

Honestly, there was nothing we didn’t like. Everything was just as described and even better in person. If we had to mention something minor, it would be that we wish we could have stayed longer! The place felt like home, and we truly didn’t want to leave. But this is definitely not a complaint — just a reflection of how much we enjoyed it.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at Princes’ Residence in Istanbul. The place is not only beautiful but also incredibly clean and well-maintained. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and cared for. A huge thank you to Orhan and the entire staff—they were beyond helpful, always friendly, and went out of their way to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Their kindness and professionalism really made a difference and created such a warm, comfortable atmosphere. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Istanbul. You’ll feel at home while being surrounded by excellent service and a peaceful, stylish setting. I’ll definitely be back!

The place was beautiful, beautiful, exceeding expectations, having a full kitchen and washing machine. Much larger than other places. Hadar and the other service desk persons were very helpful, worked 24 hrs/day and spoke English. The cleaning staff cleaned daily and showed us how to run the washing machine. A Carrefours and other grocery stores were a short 12 minute walk away. Food delivery was available for foreign numbers via the Getir app, and the staff would let them deliver to the room for cash payment.

Honestly, we can't think of anything we did not like.

It was one of the best places where we have stayed in Istanbul. So clean and well equipped. Everything is available for you. Housekeeping is ready everyday to clean your apartment and even change the sheets, exactly like a hotel. 24 hour receiption do your requests fast. They all are so polite and help you kindly. We wanted them to turn on the heating after the weather become cold, it was done earlier than an hour. In addition we arrives very early about 7 a.m., they accept us warmly. Finally we left there with a delicious gift from the man who i forgot to ask his name. Thank you to make our stay a sweet memory.

As a family, we had an excellent 9-day stay at Princess Residence. The staff was incredibly friendly, helpful, responsible, kind, and reliable. We felt safer and more comfortable during our stay than anywhere else we’ve ever been. Ahmet, Heydar, Orhan, and Ali (at the reception), along with the two lovely ladies, Seher and Yeşim, who kept our apartment spotless, were exemplary in their warm and caring behavior. Such a wonderful team undoubtedly reflects the presence of an outstanding manager! We have visited Turkey several times, but this stay was one of the best experiences we’ve ever had. What stood out – besides the excellent staff and the clean, well-equipped apartment – was the host’s generosity and flexibility regarding check-in and check-out, which we truly appreciated. We extend our heartfelt thanks to every individual working at Princess Residence and wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation to anyone seeking total satisfaction during their stay in Istanbul.

Large rooms, well-equipped kitchen, professional staff. Very clean apartment and secure parking. There is a supermarket in ~ 100 m from the property. Lot is of friendly dogs and cats around the property. Very good price.

Constant noise from a highway, which passes near the property. If you push window then the noise will be reduced, so I put a suitcase between the window and my bed - this has helped a bit to reduce the noise. So, if you move from a quiet hotel to this apartment, you need some time to adjust. Far from everything - you will need a car, however traffic in Istanbul is crazy, full car insurance is the must.

Value for money and by saying that I don’t mean some sub standard hotel for a knocked down price. The hotel itself is situated in a safe and quiet area about 7-8 minutes walk away from shops including a bakery. As we decided against renting a car we walked a lot and relied on Uber and public transport which is very efficient and adequate such as metro ferry trams and busses to get to where we wanted to go. Cost wise at the end of our stay worked out the same as hiring a car but using the public transport gave us the chance to see the social fabric of the city we were visiting. We always felt safe and found people generally very helpful as some went out of their way to escort us to the correct platform/destination. The level of service we received at the residence was second to none and the reception staff, Ahmed, Haydar, and Orhan, beyond the bound of duty to resolve any issues inside or outside the residence we may have had. We are very grateful for their help and would like to congratulate the owners on putting together such an efficient team. The apartment itself was very spacious comfortable as well as well equipped and immaculately clean. The cleaning team could come every day if you so wished they clean everything and replace towels. We enjoyed our 10 day visit to Istanbul and thanks in big part to Princess Residence for providing us with a warm and friendly home base.

The location is far from touristic sites.

This was our second stay at Princess Residence in Kartal, and once again, it was an amazing experience. The place is very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff are extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist with any requests. We especially loved the cozy cafeteria where you can enjoy free, fresh coffee and tea at any time. Traveling as a family, we found all the commodities we needed to feel at home. It’s a perfect spot for both short and extended stays. Highly recommended!
