Great location right in the old town. The street is full with bars and restaurants. Could be loud with music in the evenings, if you open window. I guess. We slept with closed window and there was no problem. Very tasty decorated rooms, everything works, good bed and bathroom. Nice people. Good turkish breakfast outside on the cosy terras.

Our room nr 4 had a window, which was looking not outside, but into the restaurant’s kitchen. We tried to open it for fresh air, but there was noise and smell from kitchen. So we closed it and there was a bit too warm in the room. But if you sleep with a/c (which we are not) it won’t be any problem.

The location was excellent: at the heart of old town, close to beach and all critical facilities such as buses, taxis, shops, bars and restaurant. The staff were extremely helpful, very friendly; they were helping us with advises and also accomodating any special needs we had. Breakfast was so geneerous and delicous freshly cooked with local dish varieties every morning included. Hotel has also restaurant which was very delicious, especially mezzes and ´atom’ are no miss. Overall we had wonderful time.

We had a room looking inside into kitchen area. We could not open the window. It did not bother us as there was airco in the room and we spent most of our time outside. Other rooms had wonderful view so next tine we will prefer other rooms.

The hotel is in an excellent location, quiet but near everything with car parking nearby. The staff are so helpful and friendly and can’t do enough for you. The room we were given was amazing, spacious, well equipped and even had a balcony. There was a botanical gardens opposite playing music that really matched the mood of this quaint hotel. The bathroom was large, modern with toiletries provided. The breakfast was superb typical Turkish with a lot of choice and plenty of it. We will certainly return. As often happens in Turkey you arrive as customers and leave as friends.

Absolutely nothing it was perfect and well exceeded our expectations.

it is a small and cute hotel. the stuff was incredibly polite and helpful. the room was pretty big and comfortable. very stylish and mix of modern and traditional, very clean. This mini-hotel is in the city's centre in old town, but in a quiet area. very close to the beach only 4-5min. the food was amazing. we had breakfast and dinner. you can eat really tasty grill there. I highly recommend this hotel. If you visit Kalkan this could be the best to choose. I will turn back for sure.

I loved everything about this stunning hotel. Lovely room, comfortable bed, beautiful linen,great shower. Breakfast fit for a king. Traditional Turkish breakfast served outside. Exceptional. The staff were so lovely and very warm and hospitable. Even made us coffee and waters with no extra charge. Location couldn't have been any better. Right in the heart of the beautiful old town. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again in the future. Book it you won't regret it.

The location of this hotel is great. It is a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants of this charming town, but it is far enough away to be quiet and relaxed. The room is simple but clean and spacious, and the staff person was very friendly and helpful.

On this website, it suggests there is parking available. This is misleading and it may be the fault of booking.com rather than the hotel. In any event, the hotel has no parking. You need to find parking on the street, and that is a challenge. There is not a clear view from the window due to trees in the way. For the cost, it would be nice to have some amenities such as room slippers. Also, I requested an iron to iron some clothes, but apparently they do not have one on the premises. There is no tv, which is odd for a place with this price. The breakfast begins a bit late (9 am ) and was a bit unprepared -- the guy went to buy ingredients after I sat down to eat, and the options were a little limited.

Very friendly staff, basic and clean room. Great location right in the Old Town, short walking distance from the marina. The Turkish breakfast was really delicious served by a friendly lady.

My only friendly feedback is please put some curtains or blinds on the windows. Too much sun comes in in the mornings and the rooms do not feel very private.

Beautiful location ,lovely little hotel ,we were only there for 1 night but we were presented with the most gorgeous and tasty turkish breakfast so much food and the best melon I have ever tasted .great for a short stop only reason wouldn't want to stay longer is no view from room and no pool but for our purpose it was fab

The location was great, right in the old town as the name of the property would suggest. Walk down to beach and harbour, but of a struggle on way up in the heat until you got used to it

The hardness of the bed but that is just a Turkish thing, difficult to get a really comfortable bed in my opinion

This the small hotel, very cute, is located in the center of Kalkan, everything is close, with great staff, really very nice person). The beach in 2 min walk. Very nice breakfast.

If you are with children then check if any concert in the evening at the hotel because the restaurant it is very close to the rooms.
