The hotel is centrally located. The Staff are fantastic especially the manager and the mother and daughter team that organised the breakfast. This is a budget hotel by western standards. But I would not hesitate in staying here again.

Nothing to complain about except the air conditioning unit was leaking when I arrived. But it was fixed within an hour. It broke down again and the manager moved me to another room with me asking. I would definitely stay here again.

Service from staff was outstanding, super attentive. They constantly offered complimentary tea and coffee and did not get tired of us having 5 coffees a day. Reserved a spot for our car out the front and always helped out when we were parking. Location is right in the centre of old Mardin town so easy access to all the cafes and restaurants with terraces. The rooms were very clean and the air-conditioning worked really well.

Everything was fine. There was one morning where the hot water took its time to flow but the water was still warm.

City view rooms overlook a restaurant which has late live music outside which finishes at midnight, then a lot of scrapping of chairs tidying up sometimes till 2:30 in the morning!!!!! It is separate from hotel so not their fault.

Perfect location in old Mardin close to all historical buildings, near to bazar and around plenty restaurants and cafes with live music every night. In hotel 2 restaurants: 1 on the roof with castle view where every day was served breakfast and 1 on the ground level very lively every evening - big plus for a great music. Room very big and comfy with sitting place, desk, little table. Bed huge and very comfy. Bathroom big with huge shower. Staff helpful and nice: we got some recommendations what to see etc. Mardin will stay for long in my heart, hopefully will back there soon again

Nice location. An older hotel in the heart of old town with a beautiful view of the plain below Mardin. The front desk was helpful and considerate, and helped me with airport transportation.

Live music at night, perfect for some but a bit much for me. I stayed on a holiday weekend so that may have made a difference.

The hotel is located right in the centre of Mardin old town in a lovely historic building. Rooms are comfortable albeit a little tired in places. The manager and the bell boy are very friendly and attentive. The breakfast buffet was extensive and served on a roof terrace with great views.

On check-in there was some confusion over the room we had booked and I’m not sure that the photographs on Booking.com are correct. However, the manager took charge and resolved the matter very well so that we eventually received the room we had booked.

Excellent location near the all historical objects, with nice view from terrace. Even life music at the restaurant in the evening. Good wi-fi.

Hotel may have been good once, but now it definitely needs a renovation. No specific place for parking, if you are lucky, you can find a place on the narrow one way street. Terrible breakfast, not fresh food.

The location is amazing. It is closed to all the restaurants, bazaars and places to visit within the old town. They also serve good breakfast and the staff is very friendly. The room we stayed was clean and spacious enough for 3 people. We would stay there again.

I had booked the executive room as part of my Booking Genius offer but it was not available when we arrived and we were given a different room. We got the castle view instead of the Mesopotamia plains. The restaurant upstairs is good for a drink but not good for food.

Great location, it is in the middle of the old town where the places to visit are located. The staff was really nice

a bit noisy with the restaurant behind having music until midnight. Still I want to mention it is the case for many restaurants. Take earplugs just in case 😅

Very good location, right in the center of the old town. Castle style rooms with great interior.

The breakfasts are quite basic and it gets pretty noisy in the evenings as there is a restaurant in the backyard with live music.
