The hotel staff were really amiable. We've met nice, friendly people here and I'd like to mention Selim, one of their receptionists. This is the nicest person we have encountered in Marmaris. He will go out of way trying to help you out and if it happens he doesn't know it, he will call around people he knows and will come up with the solution. The owner is also a very pleasant and helpful person. I would recommend Almena Hotel without hesitation, to anybody. Great people, great breakfast and great location!

The internet can be a bit slow in some spots inside, but nothing major.

Mr selim is the best in almena hotel. If selim is not there,frankly speaking,i will not come. Because he has solutions to all problems, always with a smile and very good behavior. I have never met a staff member as good as selim even in 5 stars hotels

The elevator need always to be fixed and sometimes is off for a certain period. Sometime wifi is not working. But these problems are not frequent

The staff especially the daily manager/reception staff were so helpful and friendly. Clean, nice breakfast, WiFi was ok in rooms, nice balcony and small swimming pool.

Location was great, central to bars shopping and all areas of Marmaris Staff friendly and breakfast was reasonable too

Old and grubby, towels and bed sheet clean but aged, our blanket had holes in it. The towels were aged, clean but not changed very often. End of season so couldn’t been that reason room was grubby. But we found tape holding wallpaper to the wall ! The balcony door looked like it had been forced open at some point . With lots of marks on the walls look like foot prints. The air con didn’t work for the first 2 night, was never great when It did work ! Overall we were not too concerned about the negative points as we felt the room was clean just signs of age mainly

Good location, good breakfast but choice very limited, helpful friendly staff.

Very old rooms in poor condition, noisy at times, bed was not very comfortable, poor air con (not able to be controlled within room). You do get what you pay for though, so the hotel was fine for the price.
