The location and especially the staff. Eylul was exceptional and her superior level of service she provided. Gave us written details of place to see, restaurants to eat. What specialities each place had to offer. In couple of days we were able to explore and do a lot of things in a short time. I am originally from Armenia, have lived in Russia since childhood, and frequently travel the world. I’ve had the pleasure of visiting Italy, France, Germany, Austria, the Czech Republic, Luxembourg, and many other countries. Each place has been wonderful, and everywhere along the way, I’ve met kind, welcoming people. Marmaris is no exception and, in many ways, stands alongside Italy as one of my favorite destinations. With delicious food, warm-hearted people, and high-quality products, Marmaris leaves a remarkable impression. One place, in particular, deserves a mention—Aurasia Beach Side Hotel. I am traveling in Marmaris with my bicycle, and the hotel staff greeted me warmly, even helping me carry my bike case to my room and providing a thorough overview of the hotel and its surroundings. The manager, Mehmet, is an attentive, kind person and a true professional. He is always available to assist guests, speaks English well, and promptly addresses any questions. Thanks to people like him, the stay feels even more enjoyable. The rooms at the hotel are clean, with daily housekeeping by two wonderful attendants. Breakfast is varied and delicious, with Turkish scrambled eggs, tomatoes and peppers, fresh herbs, local olives, croissants, Turkish delight, dried fruits, sweet melon, tea, coffee, juice, and much more.

The location is absolutely perfect, just a stone's throw from the beach, which made it incredibly convenient to enjoy the sun and sea. Surrounding the hotel, there are plenty of shops and bars, ensuring that everything you need is within easy reach. One of the highlights of staying at Aurasia is the vibrant nightlife. The area is filled with music pumping out tunes all night long, creating an energetic and lively atmosphere. If you're looking to party and enjoy cheap drinks, this is definitely the place to be. The hotel staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to the overall positive experience. However, if you're seeking a quiet and peaceful getaway, this might not be the best choice due to the constant nightlife noise. But for those who thrive on excitement and want to make the most of Marmaris' bustling scene, Aurasia Seaside Hotel is the ideal spot.

few downsides to my stay. The breakfast was quite poor and could definitely use some improvement. The food offered was not the greatest, and it hardly satisfied my appetite. For vegetarians, the options are particularly limited, which can be frustrating. On the plus side, there are plenty of nearby restaurants that serve breakfast, so finding a decent meal in the morning isn't too difficult.

The hotel's stunning architecture, with its elegant façade and beautifully manicured gardens, was a sight to behold. But what truly set it apart was the dedication and expertise of its manager, Mehmet. Mehmet, a seasoned hotelier with a passion for delivering exceptional service, had been at the helm of the Aurasia Seaside Hotel for over a decade. Under his guidance, the hotel became renowned for its warm welcome, attentive staff, and commitment to making every guest feel like royalty. Mehmet's leadership was rooted in his deep understanding of the importance of personalized attention and attention to detail. He took pride in knowing each guest's name, preferences, and needs, ensuring that every stay was tailored to their individual requirements.

Very friendly staff. The room was on 4th floor with wonderful sea view with a balcony. The room was at the corner of the building and much larger than hotel rooms in England. The bed was kingsize and v comfortabl. Nice swimming pool. The staff were excellent always trying to help and friendly. Breakfast was buffet and very good. Also the hotel has relationship with a sea side hotel about 200 yards away and we could use their beach which was very good

This hotel is just behind sea front at Marmaris so there are discos at night but did not disturb us.

The hotel location is near everything. The hotel room was so beautiful with a nice Seaview. Rooms are cleaned every day. Thank you to felis and tulay from the housekeeping.the breakfast is sufficient. Mohamed, the hotel manager, was so welcoming and helpful. He was so caring to make our stay enjoyable. Thank you, aurasia family we will be back again

We loved the breakfast in the morning, it was slightly different every day. The hotel had a lift so that was also a bonus. The pool was also lovely after a day at the beach. The beach was just a minute walk away. The restaurants were also on the beach. We didn't have to pay for sun beds on the beach as long as we bought a cooldrink from the restaurant it was fine. No pressure.

The doors in the hotel had some sort of hinge on them so they would slam shut and it was loud. People came and went all day and all night so there was this noise of doors slamming a lot of the time.

Position and breakfast lovely fresh bread, Turkish delight and all you expect to have with a Turkish breakfast. Room lovely and clean, kettle, fridge, complimentary water daily, tea and coffee. Close to beach and shops.

The room safe did not work and noone came to fix it so passport and money were not protected in my room.

the staff very friendly and can speak English moreover, the location is perfect 1 minutes walking the beach there is market in front of hotel sell many things that I needed. the most important things is that the hotel is quite if you compare with the hotels which located on directly on beach because there a lot of bars with louds music stat after 4 pm until 2 am.

There is no regulars tissues, the refrigerator turn off once I leave the room. I could not use any card to keep the power on because the power reader is synced with room key.

The location is good - the beach is literally a 1 min stroll away. We had a bit of a problem when we were there as a building just across from the hotel was being demolished. It was so noisy and dusty we had to complain to the hotel and booking.com this was resolved quickly and we were moved to a lovely room which was a bit more away from the disturbance. The Housekeeping staff do such a good job. Our room was spotlessly clean - gleaming every day. The girls and boys on the front desk were so friendly, we loved chatting to them, they really wanted to make sure we had a great time, not only that we enjoyed their company.

We were disappointed that the swimming pool was advertised as being open - well that wasn’t true - when we arrived we went to have a look and it was green and slimy - we did address this with the front desk and they didn’t really address this. It was one of the reasons we booked the hotel to be able to use the pool so a bit disappointing.
