Staff are professional and their behavior indicates a very good management. Animation team and their programs are amazing and very interactive with hotel guests. Bad luck we had to attend the night show at the lobby for two nights because weather was windy. However they did really well even in their. View from the beach is beautiful. Food variety and taste are very good in all 3 main meals. Hot, cold, fresh dishes and stations are good.

The way to the hotel entrance is a bit tricky if you are driving and relying on maps. Tried the snack bar once and ordered pan cooked chicken and it was really bad from taste and presentation aspects. Some facilities look old.

The beach is private and public at the same time. that means that non hotel guests rend sun beds and umbrellas to stay there, need be careful with personal belongings.

very clean and excellent staff throughout the hotel- they could not do enough for you from the service from the friendly waiters to the animation team - evening entertainment was very good the shower was the best I have had on a holiday!!!! the spa was also amazing - had last day couples turkish bath with aloe Vera wash and a massage - absolutely amazing ! the views of the bay are lovely - and the hotel has various places to sit to appreciate this - on the beech too which was brilliant - never sat at the beach as the sun beds at pool were so comfy and good breeze around the pool area

only down side is the journey from the airport but taxi service is good - hotel opened earlier than normal (usually may) so ichmeler itself was quieter

Extremely friendly staff Loved the food and activities clean big rooms with a good view of the hotel's yard and the sea. not noisy at all and close to everything you need

Clean and comfortable hotel with a great entertainment program. The food is good but a bit repetitive. Great location, nice pool and beach. Really great english-speaking staff, friendly and helpful. Daily refilled soft drinks in minibar.

A bit dated facilities. Some of the alcoholic beverages are really poor quality.

The staff, the service and the atmosphere was 10/10. We liked the thematic nights and the water sports in the pool. The food is also very good. The staff is super friendly and attentive.
