Pleasure leaving a review for this fantastic immaculate apartments. Beutifully located with amminties all around and a short walk to the beach. Shops, restraunt for breakfast lunch bar all on the same road. But even better on at the front of the building they have their own bar/restraunt. Nights are definitely quite and peaceful here. Customer service is second to none, Ebo absolutely fantastic accommodating to every need for me and my little kids. Yazir with his sense if humour and Illian all top professionals in this field delivering outstanding customer service. As a family with 3 small chilldren I was quickly accomadated on the ground floor with a fantastic view of the pool which lights up blue in the evening. This was used daily great pool for kids. Balconies are huge same legnth as the full apartment, everything listed is available in the apartment all applicances are like new if not brand new. Brightly lit rooms and the beds exceeded my expectations very comfortable. I also slept on the sofa bed which was a full single bed matress with being 6ft it was large & very comfortable. Second visit to Marmaris with kids the thrid visit will be back here without a doubt for us. Overwhelemed with the overall stay would rate it 10 stars if possible. Everything was brilliant nothing a miss the owners and staff have got this place on point.

Staff - very helpful and speaks English. Location - close to the promenade/ sea and many eateries. Pillows and matress - comfortable. Wifi - fast. Shower - hot and good pressure. Local neighborhood. Easy to park car on the street in November. Balcony - nice hangout place. Kitchen was well stocked. However, some dishes looked overused and should be replaced. We felt comfortable in the apartment. It was nicely decorated.

Duvet is like a bigger towel - very thin. There was an extra blanket in the closet, which was dirty. I asked for another one and got it. But I felt it was not cleaned either - it looked used. Either way I prefer thick duvet, especially when nights are cold. No wine glasses. It was hard to open water cattle. One with easier opening would be welcomed. You can hear some traffic noise. But it was not too bad. Some rooms are facing the pool and somewhat mountain view. Other are facing another building.

The hotel and staff were beyond my expectations. We found our suite beautiful, clean and the staff to be engaging, thoughtful and kind during our month stay. The suite itself is spacious and has a bright modern comfortable design. The king size bed and pillows were VERY comfortable! We enjoyed eating on the oversized wide balcony. The balcony had a cute table for two and a nice standing rack to hang our wet towels and clothes. We didn’t have the hotels’s breakfast. Rather, we enjoyed immensely being able to make our own breakfast in our suite’s Kitchen. We had everything we needed to make all our daily meals. They even bought us a requested pot style. The hotel has nice restaurants near by and is a 10 to 15 minute leisurely walk to the beach. I liked the distance between us and the beach. Because, during our last visit, we found the bars play exceptionally loud music until late. This was much more peaceful and still a relatively short walking distance. The hotel has a nice clean refreshing pool, comfortable lounge chairs and a great covered lounge area with a bar. They have daily breakfast and very nice reasonably priced lunch specials. The bar drinks are made fresh, taste delicious and LEGIT with non watered down or fake alcohol. We found this to be NOT THE CASE with the restaurants and bars on the Beach Strip. They will sometimes not even put the alcohol in your drink and then say it was a “mistake” if you call them out. When I had 2 Pina Colada’s and no buzz .. I knew. Be aware, the beach strip restaurants are famous for this! Also, I’d like to mention I had some pain from a back injury, when I arrived. The owner helped me find a local physical therapist! She came to the hotel on his request. After 4 weeks of her treatment, my back was nearly healed. In summary, the Kinley Suites more than met my expectations and need for a peacefully quiet and relaxing vacation with my love. Thanks so much, Robin and Peiman xo

Hotel is new and super clean with high level of comfort in the rooms. I've visited many hotels before and this one definitely is worth every penny. Staff has done more than enough to help me with everything I needed. Plenty of outside facilities like pool, which is super clean. Also, they allowed me to keep my stuff at the receptetion for the whole day after checking out and toilets and showers were free of charge. Best service.

Everything was fabulous, staff, location the hotel itself was spotless so clean and comfortable the best beds I've ever been in in a hotel with great cooking facilities. The staff were so nice and helpful Ilhan and Mitch at reception were so friendly and nice. An absolute gem of a hotel just a short walk to the beach and main strip. Will definitely be back if we ever visit Turkey again well done guys you have a beautiful hotel and lovely staff one of the best I've been in 👏

The hotel is very good except of cleaning personnel. Stuff on reception is very polite and friendly, location is great, not far from the sea, but without all those noises and shouts from the crowded streets. There was everything what we needed in our room.

The only thing which was bad is cleaning! The floor in our room wasn't clean when we checked in, and cleaner didn't wash it for 2 days until we asked on reception (those days we used a sign "clean up my room" on the door and nothing happened). And even after that cleaner made it awfully. The floor became a bit cleaner, but still had stains. Also during our stay linen was changed only in our bed, our daughters bed linen remained unchanged even though we left tips for cleaner! We didn't start argue because we had only 1 day left and didn't want to worsen our vacation.

We arrived late and they made sure we were OK checking in. Very clean hotel. Rooms had a small kitchen with a 47inch smart tv, free WiFi to connect to NETFLIX etc Really was a very good basic option, 20 min walk into marmaris centre, but 5 min from the beach with mote restaurants than you'd ever need. Supermarkets less than 2 min away

The hotel is conveniently located right by the main beach area (8 min walk). The owner was a very kind & nice guy. We have initially booked 1 suite for 4 people but once we've arrived he has offered us 2 separate rooms due to slow season which was extremely sweet of him to do! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had everything you need. This place also has a pool!

Everything is as in the photos. Excellent apartments with a kitchen. There are enough dishes for two, we dined on the balcony, it was nice. Furniture and bed are comfortable. Very friendly staff. Close to the sea, quiet at night. We really enjoyed our stay.

The towels were clean but some of them had stains. I recommend replacing them.

The management of the hotel is extremely friendly and they were ready to help at all times, booking the restaurant or taxi, helping in finding some lost items, providing the pieces of advice and many other things. The rooms were spacious enough and location was quite all right. Even though it is not located very close to the sea, but the distance is small and on the other hand the hotel stays away from the very loud life of the embarkment or the areas nearby.

The conditioners sometimes were switching off by themselves and we had to switch them on now and then even during the night time. Wine at the bar was not the best quality.
