Lovely hotel in a great location from the beach and local amenities. The staff helped us with our taxi when they let us down and didn’t turn up. Thank you for this as I was anxious to return back to UK due to starting a new job the next day so didn’t want to miss the flight.

The room was small and room service did not clean the room on one of the days. Lighting was little to none with both bedside lamps not working. Not much variety for breakfast.

The location was amazing, the breakfast was good, the pool was clean and the rooms were clean too, the staff was friendly and we spent such a good time at the hotel, and also, the view was nice (we stayed in rooms with sea view).

On our last day we asked the receptionist to book a transportion for us to the airport for the next morning and we paid in advance and told him the exact time at which we need to leave to the airport, but then in the next morning we were surprised that there was a problem in the reservation and the car was delayed almost one hour!! We were really disappointed.. although we really liked the hotel.

There were some issues with the wifi (although in all fairness we could have complained more and maybe the issue would have been resolved - we only mentioned it once and left it alone)

the hotel is clean, well looked after, rooms cleaned daily, fresh towels supplied daily , gentleman at reception very nice and welcoming , beautiful views of sea and mountains, nice breakfast and omelettes supplied on request
