Everything was very nice, as good as a resort could be. The food of the restaurant was very diverse and delish. The one garçon with the special move for the water bottle added a nice touch to the stay. The cats were also cute and playful, which made our stay super fun!

The wifi was nonexistent in our room. The price of nuts that usually come with the drinks, was too expensive and not mentioned anywhere.

Space was adequate for the family. It was very convenient to have the kitchen for quick meals. The view was great. We had dinner once and it was great. Most days we ate out. My son loved the pool.

Nothing really. Driving to and from the hotel to the city center was about 25 minutes. But we enjoyed it.

the location - superb.

The chairs on the balcony (and at the bar) were somewhat uncomfortable - awkward framing made for discomfort. There is clearly a problem with their new payment system - I was overcharged when checking out - which needs to be addressed immediately.

The views of turunc are fabulous. The free shuttle into the village is great. Pool area and bars are lovely and apartments are spacious. We had a superior apartment- we booked a sea view but didn’t have one. Yoga was lovely in the shady garden

Description said there was tennis courts -but it was in a terrible state- unplayable. Pool table cues were broken and table tennis bats were severely worn and balls odd. A few lira spent on these things would have made a huge difference.

Views were fantastic, reception staff very helpful, very friendly staff in buffet restaurant. On site shop with small essentials was reasonably priced. Free shuttle to village was great, taxis also easy to get outside of free shuttle operating times.

child pool was freezing, too cold for a baby to use. Main outdoor pool only accessible by steps so hard to reach with young child. A la carte restaurant staff not overly helpful, disappointing evening meal here, which given its incredible view is such a shame. On-site pool table was not of a good standard and none of the pool cues were useable in the games room. Majority of rooms also only accessible by steps in one way or another, so travelling with a push chair was difficult. Kitchen cupboards were coming off of hinges/didn’t close properly. Only air con in 1 of 2 bedrooms, 2nd bedroom got all day sun so was hard to keep cool for children sleeping (26degrees in the room at night in September)
