I had the pleasure of staying at Z Villas with my wife for 5 nights during August 2023. The location of the resort is perfect, located in a peaceful section of Turunc with its own private beach and walking distance to all the shops, bars and restaurants. The layout of the resort is fantastic. There is a large shared pool and breakfast/restaurant/bar area overlooking the private beach with lots of deck chairs. All the individual villas are located on the hilltop and are well spread-out ensuring privacy. There is a golf buggy available to whisk you up and down the hill which was very welcome due to the really hot weather during our stay. Our villa had stunning hillside views, but some of the others have sea views. The villa was spacious, very comfortable and spotlessly clean with really good aircon. The highlight was the terrace which was furnished with comfortable seating, table and deck chairs overlooking the private pool (and those stunning hillside views). Breakfast each morning was very generous, top notch and really set you up for the day. We also had lunch and snacks by the pool on a couple of occasions. The food was excellent, as was the attentive service. Which brings me to the staff. Always smiling, helpful and attentive. They cannot do enough for you. We hope to return next year!

Stunning views. Clean sea and superb beach with a bit of sand and stone. Location is quite and discrete yet within a few minutes walk from the town. We stayed in a family villa and enjoyed big private pool. Staff is always ready to help. The owner, Zeydan, is an amazing person truly caring about his business. Plenty of extra perks like pool/sea (inflatable) toys, couple of SUPs, all free to use by the guests. The restaurant on the site is also quite pleasant.

The air-conditioning is not well designed. It's highly effective and cools each room nicely, however the air outlet is located right above the beds. Thus, during the night either you should turn it off, or you would suffer from the non-stop flow of air... Yes, upon reaching the target temperature the airflow wouldn't stop, but it would keep on blowing. Unfortunately, there is no easy solution to this but given the owner's attitude, I will not be surprised if it is solved by the next season.

The location is very nice and it’s a huge plus that they have a small beach. Staff is very nice and the little villas are small but cozy.

The hotel bar and dinner restaurant were subpar. We ordered two drinks at the bar and we sent them back because they tasted absolutely disgusting. It was the first time ever I had to give drinks back at the bar. Luckily the staff was very nice and understanding. The restaurant is too overpriced, the portions are too small and the menu lacks any variety. You are better off going to Antique or Pasha (local restaurants).

Zeynad and his staff are so welcoming and friendly, nothing is too much trouble. The addition of the buggy to take guests up the hill is a great idea. Private beach and main swimming pool are a great addition to the private pool at the Villa. I’ll definitely recommend! Breakfast was very fresh and eggs were served to the guests preference. In busier times I think they should have more bread/pancakes out to avoid the staff having to refill all the time. The juice containers were quite slow to fill the glass, but taste wise and and choice was great.

Hotel, location and staff were all impeccable. Would certainly go again. everything is excellent.

The villa we stayed in is spacious and has a stunning sea views and a beautifully maintained outdoor area, complete with sunbeds and a large, regularly cleaned swimming pool. The villa’s private beach is a perfect spot to relax, complemented by a delicious breakfast buffet and a restaurant with breathtaking beach views. The standout feature of Z-Villa is its incredibly attentive and friendly staff. Manager Zeydan leads by example, greeting guests personally, sometimes even serving food, and always ensuring everyone is well taken care of. Their thoughtfulness shines, like when they prepared a breakfast package for our early checkout without us even asking. The charming Turunç area, with its handcraft shops, homemade food, and scenic mountain views, makes the experience even more special. Highly recommended!

So enjoyed the tranquillity of the setting amongst the natural landscape and the privacy enabled because of the layout of each villa. The villa had everything we needed for our stay (and more!) the pool was a decent size for a dip at the end of the day although we spent most of our time by the sea on the small private beach, listening to the great playlist! or people watching the boats coming ashore from Marmaris. The welcome felt genuine and warm and without exception the staff were always friendly and helpful and even gave us a packed lunch for our early departure.

We felt the food was slightly more expensive than 'downtown' but would have dined in more if the menu had tempted us with more variety of authentic Turkish dishes. I would have like handwash to be available at the outdoor toilets and in the villa bathrooms.

The villas had everything you needed - small kitchenette and a washing machine and plenty of wardrobe space if you're like us and overpack! The location was better than we anticipated - literally two minutes from the restaurants and bars of Turunç, easily accessible by a seafront promenade. The staff couldn't do enough for you and were always happy to help; Zeydan and his team were amazing. We had a terrible journey out (flight diverted to Antalya, which resulted in a seven hour delay arriving to Dalaman), but the reception team who were assisting with our transfer were amazing in rescheduling our pickup! The food and drinks were reasonable and very good quality. We had a villa with a private pool, which had a fab view of the bay and was very peaceful. ZVillas and Turunç truly exceeded our expectations, and as our first visit to Turkey I'm not sure we'll be able to beat this holiday!

The location is wonderful, a very picturesque bay and a cozy place. All small bungalows (me and my daughter stayed there) are simple but very brand new, clean and have great sea views. I was very positively impressed by the staff members - they all tried to do a bit more - being food, bookings, attitude. In the evenings they had nice live atmospheric music adding much to your evening meals in the restaurant with tranquil sea views

We have had the most wonderful 10 days in Z-villas Beach Hotel. It’s a beautiful resort of private villas, all with their own pool, set on the hillside overlooking the pretty village of Turunç. The resort is very new and has been built to fit into the landscape. Much thought has been given to the layout of the villas to optimise views and privacy. The grounds have been beautifully landscaped and security is top notch. The pool area is below with access via steps or you can call the hugely obliging staff to take you up or down in gold carts at any time. The pool area is next to the sea where the resort has a small but pretty beach. A short walk from there takes you into the village where there are plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants to choose from. My children enjoyed watching the various boat-loads of tourists that would come and go. We were lucky enough to be offered an upgrade from the two bedroom Mountain View Villa which we had booked to 2 x one bedroom sea view villas which were next to each other. We enjoyed a panoramic view of the beautiful bay which is surrounded on all sides by tree-covered hills. There is also a pretty view down towards the village and you can enjoy everything that happens along the harbour through the day. Breakfast was a delight each morning. We loved the variety and felt they could provide whatever we asked for. Our children loved the pancakes! The staff are hugely hospitable and couldn’t do enough for us. They were very keen to understand exactly what we wanted and liked, and made it to their mission to try to provide that throughout our stay. We are particularly grateful to the fabulous Rabia who looked after us each day. She was so friendly and keen to understand everything. We shall miss her! We felt that staff were always there when needed but weren’t too pushy which suited us perfectly. This has been the most restful and restorative holiday we had had in recent years and we can’t recommend Z-Villas highly enough.
