The staff was extremely helpful with everything, and I can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

During the two nights we spent there, we couldn't use the internet at all. Without internet, the TV didn't work either. :( Another issue was that there was no mobile signal in the room, so we had no access to messages, Google Maps, or anything else while we were inside. They said it was a temporary problem, but it was still quite inconvenient. There was a slightly musty smell in the room, likely due to the stone/rock walls. A ventilation system might help with this. Also, small pieces of gravel were crumbling off the walls and ended up everywhere – in the bed and on the carpet as well. Of course, when booking a place like this, you should expect these kinds of things and be prepared for them.

We had a wonderful stay at Lost City in Cappadocia! The manager, Ceylon, was professional, patient, and always went out of her way to help us. She also gave us great suggestions on where to go and what to do. Cutay was kind and attentive, making us feel very welcome. Leala kept our room spotless and was impressively quick and efficient with everything she did. A special thank you to Ceylon, Leala, and Cutay for arranging a lovely birthday surprise for my child — it truly made our trip extra memorable. 🥰

The view, the old style with rocks, the room, the breakfast, the people who work there everything was perfect and everyone was so friendly and always there to help you with anything you need. Im glad I met so kind people with smiles and who are always happy and there to help you. The room was amazing and perfect I can’t imagine a better hotel to stay if you are going in Cappadocia and you can rely to the manager and the receptionist for help they are there for you for everything without taking anything from you just by smiling to them they are the best specifically Mert and Ceylan made my stay even better with their good vibes, great smiles and help for anything I needed! Thank you for this experience I’ll be back soon I hope!

We loved staying at the Lost City, it was very magical and family friendly. The staff couldn’t have been more friendly and helpful. We loved the atmosphere, the shower was so hot and good pressure, rooms warm and comfortable, buffet breakfast and set dinner delicious! Dogs on site were cute and friendly and staff didn’t mind the kids going in to apt them at reception. View was beautiful and we sat around the fire pit one night too. A 15 minute drive to visit Göreme and the castle which was super easy in our hire car.

WiFi was good when sitting outside but not in rooms.

This cave hotel is amazing, the manager Ceylan was amazing, her and her staff really did everything to make sure our stay was perfect, a big thank you to Leyla who is the friendliest cleaning lady I have ever met, she was so full of energy and happy every day. Please look after Ceylan, Leyla and all the staff at this hotel.

I wish the owner can pick this hotel up and put it in Goreme, as this hotel is a little far from everything. But still a great stay

Location is in a small village, so its perfect if you are looking for something quiet,. Its best to have a rental car at your disposal. Everything is reachable within a 20 min drive. The Breakfast room is a seperate cave underneath the Hotel, a very unique setting, and cool even during the hottest days. You may want to bring a light jacket. There are many different settings where you can relax from shady niches to the sunny terrace. Even a fireplace. The lightning in the evening is very moody. he personal did everything to meet our demands, and the hotel is just beautiful

This hotel has a mixture of cave rooms and regular built rooms. So make sure to book accordingly. You may even be able to switch rooms if available,,if you find out cave rooms are not your thing. We loved it

It was a very hospitable stay. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The location was convenient for the guided tours as well. It felt safe as well. The free Turkish breakfast was a plus and was good touch of local food and cuisine.

There’s no air conditioning so the room got very warm at times and the area didn’t really have any pharmacies around so be sure to pack hygiene items ahead of time. They do have medicine on site which was great!

We had a suite with jacuzzi, it was good. Could have been perfect, with a few more power outlets (bathroom & at the table with mirror) Room was really clean and beautiful. Staff (the girl and guy at reception were really kind and tried everything to make the stay as good as possible) Breakfast was perfect.

More power outlets in the room. A door between the bathroom and sleeping room. Tv and watercooker didnt worked at first, but they fixed that later. Netflix had some issues, we couldnt log in (something with software update) Mini bar and coffee wasnt filled after arrival.

It was a little far from Goreme, so it was peaceful as well as affordable. Staff was very friendly, helped in booking taxi and day trips for us at good prices. Would definitely recommend it. Jacuzzi is the highlight of the room

The hotel is located at very steep slope which is far from city center so the only means of transport to reach the hotel or to get out of it is taxi. We did not find any taxi station near our drop from the bus, so we had to walk for around 3km to reach the hotel with all our luggage.
