Our room with the private pool was amazing

The location is a €20 cab ride from restaurants etc - its adds up when you are spending €40 per day to eat. There is nothing in Nar to eat or drink

The staff were the friendliest I've ever seen and I've travelled a lot. They were so kind and would go out of their way to help, especially Edward and Fatih. They helped us save money on our taxis and order food and anything else we needed. This is also by far the prettiest hotel I've ever been in, giving real cave vibes and being nice and cool naturally.

It is far from the city centre which can make things like ordering food take a while and taxis will be expensive to Kayseri airport, which I realised you must fly to unless you come from Istanbul in which case you can get to Nevesehir Airport which is only a few minutes away.

I like the hotel, it's authentic. You could feel and see the beautiful ambience of Cappadocia.The place is amazing. The staff were so helpful, and even if we came after 9 a.m.,from the airport, we were able to catch the day tour bus on our first day at the hotel. Thanks to Tohan, you made it possible for us to join the tour. We paid for the day tour at the reception, they can organise it for you. Our room was clean, and the bed was comfortable to sleep in. I have seen some parking spaces available if the guest needed to park. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff was lovely at the restaurant, special thanks to Mamud, Shamin, and Mehmet. I am recommending the hotel to those who would like to experience authenticity. I would definitely go back there again.

The place is not for someone who has a problem of mobility because there is no elevator and you have to use the stairs to go to the top restaurant. But the view there was amazing. We have a day tour that starts at 9 a m, but the breakfast starts at 08:30 a m. I was just hoping that the hotel staff could give some consideration to those guests to start an early breakfast, perhaps at 08:00 a m. so they can have plenty of time eating rather than rushing. They can maybe organise this at the reception, the day before the tour starts. When we arrived, there were no receptionists around, although they could see you from the CCTV. You could also ring the bel on the side of the entrance door,l so they can attend to your needs. Mostly, they are attending guest at the restaurant.

Staying at Cappadocia Nar Cave House was a truly unique and memorable experience. Nestled in a peaceful location with stunning valley views, the hotel captures the authentic charm of the region. The service was outstanding, with warm, attentive staff who made us feel right at home. Each morning began with a delicious, freshly prepared breakfast, featuring local flavors and generous portions — definitely a highlight of the stay. If you're looking to experience the real essence of Cappadocia in a tranquil and beautifully maintained setting, this is the place.

We were made to feel so welcome from the moment we arrived at Nar Cave House. Every member of staff was friendly and chatty and gave us advice to help make the most of our stay. The hotel offer a free shuttle service into Nevsehir once a day and you can then catch local buses to other areas. The hotel itself is wonderful, and we enjoyed spending time in the bar/restaurant in the evenings. Breakfast and evening meals were delicious. The staff really could not have been more helpful.

We stayed in the room with private pool which was our reason for staying here and it was a wonderful experience. However, the room was so hot and humid from the pool it was hard to sleep even though they supply two large fans in the room. We stayed 2 nights and our room wasn't serviced in that time. We were omly given 2 teabags and 2 paper cups in the room so we had to request coffee and more cups each day as the room wasn't serviced. Proper cups would have been much nicer. The location was not what we had expected. It is in a small village with nothing around. Would be more suited if you had a car, which we didn't.

First time solo traveller in Turkey The staff were welcoming. Always happy to see you return from your day out no matter what time of the day or night English speaking staff was really good. Helpful information with getting.around and directions. Really clean facilities, great brekkies and food prepared by their chef. Sharmim is lovely and eager to help. 24 hour reception/ security. Always felt very safe.

A little far out from Goreme and taxi travel can add up 530 - 560 tl. Each way. Local buses are cheap and located within walking distance from Hotel. 35 tl from memory and run hourly. Narr does run a shuttle daily into Nevsehir town which is helpful . From here another bus or taxi can take you the test of the way into Goreme which is about 20 mins away.

Fabulous staff!! Well spoken English great humours. Good service throughout. Helped us with our luggages up and down the steep steps to our rooms. The rooms lightnings need improvement only one/two switches control entire cave room. Our room has jacuzzi tub, working but jet not strong. The indoor swimming pool water too cold we did not get to try. Breakfast is plentiful of turkish dishes, tea and coffee.

We booked an optional tour (Green Tour) with hotel at €60 each, we have 4 persons. The tour program included Salime Monastery which is the place we like to visit and did not want to drive even we have a car but was very disappointed the tour did not cover this attraction. The tour took us to many shopping stops to jewelleries, turkish desserts/delights, etc...and lunch venue was far and meal was plain (you paid extra for the drinks, desserts, etc). We suggest to rent a car and drive to see attractions compared to mini van tour.

Unique experience for a first timer in a cave hotel. It's a bit isolated but this comes with the nature of the place. It's relaxing, though. You can order food from a place downtown and the staff serves it to you in the restaurant (but it's rather overpriced mind you). They are quite nice and helpful.

The rooms are rather small and the pool was too cold. If you advertise with an indoor pool, I would expect the water to be heated, instead it was outside temperature (and April is not the best month for an outdoor swim).

Amazing location with a nice view, room was spacious and clean, food was tasty.

The lady at the reception insisted several times to sell us tours at a really high price and when she realised we won't buy them, she became offended and rude. In the last day of our stay, she tried to make us pay 33€ extra for a meal which was already paid by card. In her moments of despair to gain some money from us, she invented another reason, stating that we have to pay 33€ extra for the coffee from the breakfast (mentioning that in that morning she said that everything we want at breakfast it's included). I consider that this lady reduces drastically the quality of this beautiful place and her behavior should be taken into account.

Loved the breakfast - traditional shared Turkish platter with tea and water over a heater. Loved the quirkiness, the decor, the view from so many terraces and layers. The owners/staff could not do enough for us. We stayed just 2 nights. On the first night, I asked for white wine, which they did not have, but I was offered a local red - it was good! The next night they had a lovely local white available.

It's not that this could be done better. Due to the quirkiness and higgledy piggledy nature of this wonderful hotel; it is a cave house within a rock face, after all; it has some low ceilings and lots of steps, some that are a little steep and many uneven surfaces. I loved this, but it would not suit anyone with limited mobility.
