Hospitality is sacred on both sides of the Aegeus. We felt among friends with the staff and we must thank for ever all the personnel of the kitchen, the restaurant, the entrance, ladies at reception and at floors. They are persons with a great heart. In the Hotel there are a lot of surprises. We lived a literally fantastic experience that we will never forget for the eternity. In the future we would like to go back with children and find a play ground inside and outside. This is an idea for the management and the owners

well the pictures shows something and advertised as cave but it is not. only the premium category has underground and but it is extra which is about 700$ on top.

The hotel was empty as it is not season time and we could enjoy all the facilities in peace. The hotel itself is very outstanding, it looks luxury and chic. The rooms are very clean and tidy, the bed is very large and very comfortable. The service is excellent. The staff is friendly. The woman at the desk named Nilüfer is very patient and nice. The breakfast was very good and different type of various food. Jacuzzi in the room is very spacious, clean and luxurious. The room delivery is very fast. Overall we had a good experience.

The location is far from all the activities and sights. You need a car to get to them, 15-20min away. The water in the swimming pool was only 26 degrees, would be nicer if it was a little warmer. Sauna and hamam are for extra payment and a little expensive in my opinion.

-its far away from other facultative programm places/pick up places, and i didnt know that many company wouldnt want to organize pickup with us, or its more expensive cause of the distance. -breakfast was good,but not so variable. (Dessert just one type.) -nobody uses spa pool(?), and at that area also ive just feeled like that area is a decoration there the whole time, and not for using. -i missed pool umbrella and towels or at least i didnt find.

The hotel itself is very comfortable and the rooms are great. The restaurant local dishes were delicious and staff was always available. Staff was very responsive to requests and helped with booking local tours, especially Firdes. Whole staff team was great, Nilufer, hazel and Mohamed. The hotel is 30 minutes from Goreme and we liked the quiet and peace of the location with easy access to tours and busy Goreme center. We stayed in the cave room which was very unique but then changed to room upstairs which I preferred, you can see old buildings and way of life is very interesting. Good place to tour and also relax.

The hotel has lots of great amenities and a lovely restaurant as well. Nilüfer was lovely and walked me through all the facilities and even helped to arrange things like activities and taxis to Goreme - in this regard everything functioned effortlessly. The staff must all be commended on their professionalism and dedication to their work and making everyone's stay excellent and carefree. There's a massive feast available for breakfast as well so there's something for everyone.

The only real problem I had was the location. If you are driving or open to taking taxis this isn't really an issue but it's something to keep in mind. The drive to downtown Goreme is around 30 minutes but the hotel can arrange taxis for you and they're really on top of it.

My recent stay at Kapadokya Hill hotel was great from the cheerful welcome from Dolunay to the traditional goodbye "pouring of water" from Enes and the other staff was unexpected but really heartwarming. The hotel is beautiful. The staff that we interacted were very helpful and accommodating. Dolunay, Sedef, Noolo and Enes were all very friendly and helpful during our entire stay. The traditional Turkish pancakes at breakfast were delicious. The spa treatments were great... I really enjoyed my first Turkish bath. The language barrier wasn't too bad. The staff spoke much better English than my Turkish. They even helped us to learn a few basic greetings. The only times there was major language barrier was when we wanted to order lunch one day but for some reason that wasn't able to communicated. We were seated and looked at the menu but no one ever came to take our order. We wound up going back to the room to order room service from the same guy who didn't take our lunch order, so we figured there was a misunderstanding and not done intentionally. Also, one other small thing to note... if you have more than one person in the room that likes to use wash cloths, that was hard to communicate with the staff but we eventually got it together. So learn the word for wash cloth 😁.

It would have been nice to have been reminded of the hotels policy about outside food when we checked in. We weren't aware until we returned to the hotel and were forced to eat our pizza on the hotel porch, even though it appeared they didn't really want to even let us do that. Also, there wasn't much outside of the hotel. you couldn't really walk to anything - so it was a slightly out of the way. We were also told that by two folks who had to pick us up for excursions.

The staff & the facilities were out of this world. When I walked in I was convinced, this place is so magical it has no match. The details of the stone work, to the cave rooms, the pools and the jacuzzis in each bathroom. Then also the garden and the spa. It was mind-blowing on every level. I would give this hotel 6 stars. Huge thanks to all my favourite peeps who made our stay really special. From Ahmet, Firdes, Nüsret, Zeynep, Fahim and all the others at the reception to the Devy & the spa staff, to the awesome cleaning crew and not to forget the extraordinary bar & restaurant folks. Everyone, as special as the owner. Tesekkurler Hajibaba, we will always remember you guys! Good luck with the next location. We'll be back as soon as we can!

The hot air balloon companies are a little arbitrary, but that isn't the hotels fault. They're just the ones in between. That being said we always felt taken care of with so much generosity.

Location was perfect, outside of the busy tourist area. The rooms were huge and the decor was very nice. All of the staff were very attentive and always available. The outdoor pool was amazing, we had it to ourselves for most of the stay! The food/drinks were very nice and reasonably well priced, we had a lovely meal served by Mesut who was very happy to give advice on what dishes to try and also recommended the local beer which was delicious. The spa was incredible, the staff were again very attentive and I would highly recommend the Turkish bath!

Everything was better than we had hoped for.

This hotel impressed me from the start. My room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, with stunning views that I could enjoy right from my window. The peacefulness of the location was a welcome respite, and the breakfast and dining experiences were absolutely top-notch.

While the hotel offered a peaceful escape, located about 3 kilometers from the city center, it's important to consider if this distance works for your needs.A convenient option was booking a red tour directly through the reception. However, a €20 payment fee on top of the tour cost was unexpected. It might be worth checking if this fee applies to all tours or if there are alternative booking options.My experience with the reception staff was mixed. While Firdes was incredibly helpful and friendly, the overall impression leaned towards professionalism rather than warmth.
