The room was really comfortable and it has nice beds. I enjoyed my stay and I could sleep really well. My room has views to the mountain. Furthermore the staffs are friendly and they are ready to assist with everything. Breakfast choice was amazing and on weekends there is an option for handmade flatbread

We booked for a double bedroom but we were upgraded to a superior room with kingsize bed. I hope i mentioned correctly...Grateful for good customer service. Room was very big with sofa area 2 tvs and a big very very comfortable bed. Was also very clean and beautiful. Breakfast spread was marvellous. One of a very exclusive hotel in Cappadocia with great staff & service. No shops nearby but maybe a restaurant, not sure as we rent a car and were out most of the time. Alot of places of interest in Cappadocia besides the hot air balloon. Visit the underground cities, uchi castle, ilhara valley and lot more...

A great hotel to stay. The location is perfect, offering easy access to local attractions and dining options. The rooms are well-maintained and equipped with all the necessary amenities. Overall, it’s an excellent choice for both leisure and business travelers.

We got a very big room with nice view of the village and the mountains. The room was well equipped and the staff was super helpful! The sauna and the steam cabin was cool.

The Wi-fi was very slow. In the first room was no internet connection. The staff changed our room immediately we asked. 🙏 One level above half of the room was no internet but in the other part had. (That was the last room in the corridor). We are almost vegan 🌱. Would be better if the hotel provide more plant based main dishes.

Don't be swayed by negative reviews. The hotel's services, cleanliness, and hygiene exceeded our expectations. We had a great experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Cappadocia.

The staff are so friendly. The hotel is very clean and spacious. We got upgraded to two duplex for free and also later checkout time

Property is away from the town, no local amenities nearby so taxi rides to and fro costs money

Fridge in the room didn't get cold at all and releases a lot of heat, and its noisy. The food in the restaurant could be better. Food options for Breakfast and dinner were very poor and it wasn't replaced often as needed. Some of the fruits for breakfast were spoiled (apples, pears).

Breakfast was great, Also tried dinner and they were great too. The room was a good size, Good size pool and many lifts in the property. large car parking area on site. The reception staffs were great and happy to help.

Stayed 2 nights 3 days, booked for 2 adults 2 kids (1 large 2x single bed) 1 bed was the guest folding bed which was not expected. The wifi is not great keeps disconnecting and getting on to wifi done via a webpage which it was not always loading. The toilet/bath had a leaking sing tap so the floor was always wet.

The hotel was very clean, comfortable, the whole day was available food service as well as spa service. The stuff was very helpful. The water in the pool was fantastic. Many thanks for the good services, tasty cuizine, nice stuff and free courtesy treat.
