The proerty is well maintained, very nice rooms and exterior. The view of the castle is amazing and the in house cafe serves great breakfast options even for vegetarians. There is option to order in room dining from near by cafes. The staff was very courteous and tried to accommodate our requests.

It’s about 5kms from Goreme, the main city so you need to have your own vehicle or taxi to get around. Our room was also changed last minute due to an issue with our original booked room

We absolutely love the welcoming, helpful and approachable staff who took care of us from the minute we reserved our stay until check out. Apart from the wonderful room, we had some of the best breakfast in the rooftop area made by an amazing lady! It’s not very near to the hot air balloon landing place, but within walking distance to the town nearby & honestly we did not mind as we preferred the quietness and sense of living in a local area.

The property is beautiful! And the breakfast is amazing. Plus the staff is super friendly and helpful. The room was nice and the views are very nice.

The location. If you want to go to the most turistic places you need a taxi. They are around 300 Turkish lira. However, it is very easy to find a cab.

The best of Cappa Via is the staff! Onur is super friendly, he did everything to make you feel welcome and special. Breakfast is out of this world! The surroundings are magical and the view from the breakfast area is amazing! The hotel itself is truly gorgeous, even more than I anticipated from the pictures. Goreme is a larger city but you10 minutes away from here and Onur helps you easily getting a taxi! You'll not regret it!

The main reason to choose this accommodation - 5 terraces with the morning balloons view. You really don't need to wake up at night and go somewhere to see the balloons, they are right here, you just need to go out of your room in the early morning. One of 2 mornings we saw the balloons from out own balcony and room windows. I worried that we'll see just small balloons far away, but no, it's more then enough (especially if you have camera), some of them were really near. The most higher terrace is on the top of the second (from the reception) building of the hotel - the perfect view was from there, the second good one is near the breakfast area.

We used 2-rooms family apartment in the first building it was no more than just not bad. We didn't like bathroom at all, because of the plumbing in a poor condition and non-removable shower. In comparison with a very sincere hotel in the less touristy Urgup, we did not feel warmth and comfort here.

Staff were friendly and very helpful, and room 101 (red pool) was amazing. Definitely worth the money. The property was 10-15 minutes drive away, but wasn’t too bad as you can easily get a taxi to Goreme for 110 lira

The only downside was the room was getting too hot as the cooling wasn’t working. Quick opening of the door cooled the room, so all ok. The breakfast wasn’t your typical breakfast but all ok. I would recommend more pastry goods.

New facility in hotel is very comfortable and cozy to stay. Facilities in hotel is higher quality than other hotels. Bed in room is OK for sleep. Shower and tub with toilet is clean to use. Common place as restaurant, tea place, etc. is well prepared.

Location is far from Goreme downtown, not able to come without private car. Lights in room is not enough. Parking is not well prepared. Sign plate of hotel is small, not easy to find for first time visit.

If you’re looking for a romantic, stress free vacay - this is it. The staff were absolute beautiful, nothing was too big a deal for them, the room was comfortable and exceeded all expectations!!!

The only downfall (and was not a major issue) was - we had the “do not disturb” sign on our door which was ignored on multiple occasions.

The caves were designed very well. The property was very clean. Close to town for food. The manager Memhet was extremely efficient he responds at all hours of the day. He organised all of our excursions and Taxis effectively.

Noisy during the day, no central heating, no late checkout.

Excellent hotel, very interesting experience, lively room with excellent facilities. There is the option of using a turkish bath or a standard shower. The marble works in the bathroom are absolutely sublime, and the jacuzzi was honestly perfect and very big. Staff are super friendly they facilitate anything you need and are always helpful. The hotel is literally 5-10mins away by car for anything you wanna see or do.

The curtains at the door don't close the whole way but you can use some pins to keep them together.
