We had a wonderful and unforgettable stay at Hezen Cave Hotel with many beautiful experiences. From the hotel management to the staff, there was a warm and welcoming atmosphere that made the stay complete. Everything from recommendations to organising excursions was taken care of. The hotel's own shuttle bus and its local driver showed us everything in detail, explained everything worth knowing and answered our questions competently, and was also very patient when we needed a little longer for certain sights. The room was very well cleaned, tidied and refilled with fresh drinks every day. We felt very comfortable and can highly recommend this hotel!

Amazing staff, very helpful. They arranged everything for us. Room was beautiful. Breakfast was amazing, they even packed a box for our travel.

The only issue we had: It was really hot and the cave room has no ventilation. Since we had a family cave room, it was like a 2BHK apartment, and the AC was only in the living room. Due to this, the rooms were quite hot. They were helpful and shared one fan for one room. For the other room, we woke up sweating in the morning. Please add AC in the rooms because it is simply not sufficient.

The hotel and room were beautiful and eclectic. Amazing views of the village from the hotel terrace. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast and dinner were delicious too.

Göreme is a hot spot for tourist activities, amenities and restaurants so we had to take a 15 min taxi from the hotel in Ortahisar into Göreme.

Everything was great. The rooms were spacious and had everything to make the stay comfortable. The staff is knowledgeable and helped us organize events which enhanced our experience at Cappadocia.

Be aware that since this is cave hotel, sometimes small sandy particles fall down from the ceiling. Nothing serious but don’t leave your open suitcases right under.

The staff were so kind, generous, and caring. We were really touched by the warm hospitality and the way everyone went out of their way to make us comfortable. Mr Mohammed, the general manager, welcomed us us with such warmth and kindness. He even sat us down and shared tips and information on touring the area, shared some of the history, and answered all our questions with great eagerness and patience.

Everything was great from the location, the warm hospitality and great food. Only 1 recommendation: Have more or brighter lighting, especially for the evening and nighttime.

I can’t fault this hotel! We had the most incredible stay. The views are breath taking. Not to mention the most luxurious rooms built into the caves. All I can say is wow. The hotel staff are so accomodating they even packed us lunch on the day we were checking out as we would miss breakfast. I will definitely be back again! and will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends and family. 10/10!

Honestly, I can’t fault this hotel!

it’s a fabulous property with very spacious family rooms and wonderful views overlooking the Ortahisar Town and Castle. the staff is extremely helpful and Co-operative. They went out of the way to make our stay memorable and organise our tours in and around Cappadocia. A big thank you to Barfin for organising our hot air balloon trip in extremely short notice and for organising our Car with Tahir (extremely patient and happy gentleman). Thank you Mr Murad (owner of the place) for personally welcoming up on our arrival and guiding us during our stay.

The whole team at Hezen were exceptionally wonderful, from the help they provided us in arranging reservations, guides, and answering any questions we had, to the food and service at the hotel. The view was from the terrace beautiful; it was quiet, and the rooms were nicely decorated and clean. We truly appreciated the wonderful welcome and experience provided at Hezen Cave Hotel by its management team and staff.

I would have liked more air circulation and windows in the room. My room faced a wall and I was very hot.

Everything was perfect! Staff was super helpful and friendly. Environment, atmosphere, decorations etc. were great! Breakfast was very well and delicious. We felt like at home :) We will absolutely go again and this time will stay longer to enjoy the hotel and Cappadocia further (3 nights were not enough for us).

Nothing to say about dislike.

it’s gorgeous, from the architecture to the interior design. the cave rooms are cleverly integrated, the breakfast generous and delicious and view literally breathtaking. all that said, the staff was even better. they are best we’ve ever experienced in a hotel, in our 50+ years of travel. (it helps that this property is such a nice small size.) Among an incredible group, Ahmed stood out. he is one of the nicest and friendliest people you’ll meet, anywhere, ever. in addition to typical daily interactions, he saved us from a rainstorm with a smile — even after being given incorrect directions to where we were on the other side of the village.
