The room was great, we had a suite a short walk from reception. The room was a proper cave and was unique. Breakfast was brilliant . Neigla the manager was great and couldn't do enough for us. The bed was very comfortable a really good size room with a few great little sitting place nooks, Many places say they are cave hotels but aren't really. This is the real deal !!

Didn't have anything to complain about, it was one of the better places we stayed during our trip.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Necla and Ruth were so lovely and went out of their way to make our stay great. The rooms are so beautifully decorated and the different common areas are so great to relax in. Amazing views of the other cave hotels, balloons in the morning and a short (but steep!) walk to the town and restaurants and more great views over Goreme.

Really lovely accommodation, ideal for exploring outside of the tourist crammed Göreme (but not far away if you want to pop back). Very handy for visiting the castle. Super clean, beautiful room and bathroom - with the nicest bed I've ever slept on while travelling. Lovely sitting area outside the room and the terrace is ideal for balloon viewing or lounging about. Super friendly staff.

Beautiful spacious rooms and it's really an experience to stay here ! The hotel is located few minutes away from the ortahisar castle. And it's beautiful at night . The stay was very comfortable and delightful. However if you are vegetarian or vegan the food is limited at breakfast . The hotel also seems short staffed. But overall a wonderful way to experience Ortahisar and the beautiful terrace of the hotel !

I stayed in suite 99 in the units across the little road from breakfast and reception. If you are ok with steps up a few terraces the flat is gorgeous. Impeccably decorated with a collection of Ottoman antiques, incredible carpets and gorgeous textile artwork. The are multiple day beds to curl up to read a book, large windows in both rooms and a wonderful large bed with fresh linens and excellent pillows. An ensuite tea service and an upstairs private terrace and bathroom with large shower and plenty of clean towels. Besides the beauty of the rooms the great joy is the view into the central village of old Ortahisar. Epic

I’m happy I could easily negotiate the metal spiral staircase that leads to the upstairs bathroom and private terrace. If a person has mobility issues I know there are more suitable and equally beautiful suites on the property.

The hotel is very nice and well decorated. Nice turkish breakfast in a beautiful terrace with amazing view.

The room needs a bit of maintenance. There were a couple of things that could be improved. For example the wardrobe was full of extra pillows and duvets and we did not have space to put our clothes or the fridge that was not working. It may help if the lovely owner of the hotel could speak a bit more English. Also there is a lady leaving above the rooms with a dog that barks all night long. That was definitely a downside for us!

beautiful beautiful cute staff loved them to bits . we were welcomed every morning and evening by the lady which I forgot her name and I think her son the young gentleman that oversees the place at night making sure whatever we needed he assisted it was an absolute pleasure to stay at the hotel

having more lights in my room as some lights weren’t working and if the property had Netflix streaming channels as the normal tv channels weren’t as entertaining especially if you don’t understand the Turkish language

Cozy fun cave room with a good bed and storage. A problem with the shower was fixed immediately. Delicious breakfast on a beautiful terrace. Necla is hospitable and friendly.

The shower layout meant the floor always got wet. Two lightbulbs and a curtain rail were broken.

Everything was wonderful. We had a very warm welcome, fantastic breakfasts, an outside sitting area, plus rooftop area with great views. Our large cave room had tasteful and luxurious furnishings, and a king-size bed with quality linen. The ensuite had a good shower, big vanity and thick towels. The staff were friendly and very helpful with all of our various needs and requests. I highly recommend this hotel, and would definitely stay again.

Staying in a cave scared me a little while making a booking. But once I arrived the room looks so perfectly clean, modern and looks new! Staff was helpful and always check on me if I need anything during the stay. Location is ok you can walk to the top for some restaurant but nothing much. Unfortunately there no Balloon flying above 🙂
