Location and good facility

All good

Top floor rooms have a nice view, overlooking the bay and not so nosy from the main street. There is underground parking, from which you can ride an elevator directly to your floor. Breakfast is great - you can even ask staff to make eggs to your preference

Top floor rooms are smoking only rooms, not a problem for me, but could be a problem for someone. It makes sense of course, that smoking rooms are at the top, but so 20th century. Also in our room the useless TV was kind of always in the way - I bumped into it with my head couple of times, because it is literally hanging in the middle of the room. If I had an option to get rid of TV, I would.

A beautifully maintained hotel within walking distance to many things, the lovely beachside promenade, the ropeway (which is a must in Ordu!), many shops and restaurants. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was well laid out with a great shower. The When restaurant at the hotel is excellent. Gorgeous, sweeping views of the surrounding hills and city and the beautiful Black Sea. The breakfast was of a high standard with good variety and freshness. The evening dining was exceptional and so delicious! The restaurant staff, cleaning staff and reception were all so attentive and helpful. Thank you to you all for making our 3 night stay an absolute delight!

Excellent hotel for a one-night stop on the way east along the coast. Parking great, as long as you don't miss the (hard-to-find) entrance just before the hotel itself, on a one-way street (fantastic valet parking when you do find it though). Fabulous breakfast room on the top floor with panoramic views and a good selection of food.

Nice clean and tidy room with helpful staff and valet service to park your car.

Breakfast was a little bit disappointing. I was expecting little bit more varialety and more warm dishes. I feel I could get better deal with going out and finding a breakfast place in the city.

Gateway customer service, everyone was helpful and open. The rooms are spacious and good warming system

One of the windows of our room was not able to entirely close so we had a little wind coming in. Difficult to figure out where parking or valet is.

Quick Check in. Great location. Rooms are a little on the small side but nice enough for a short stay. The bathrooms are beautiful. Gym is also very nice but opens way too late- only 10am so we only got to use it in the evening which was inconvenient.

Breakfast area is nice with beautiful view but service lacked a little and variety of food was average. Wasn't even offered tea or coffee and no egg station.

In my opinion, everything was perfect - the best thing was hospitable and kind people. My room was upgraded which was a beatuiful gesture I will never forget. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Highly recommended!

Air conditioner didn’t work, but it wasn’t hot in September too much

The helpful and honestly of the staff at the reception. Love the way the deal with me even before I arrive to the hotel, he contacted me for an issue they have at one of the room I have booked and give me another one till they fix it. The price was lower than what I have booked and he deducted it from my total amount. I recommend booking at this hotel, and if I come back, I’m going to book it again.

The only think that I wasn’t happy on it, when I asked an additional 45 minutes late of check out, the lady didn’t even give me a minute.
