We stayed in a suite, quite spacious for two adults, one kid and a baby. The room was equipped with everything we needed, as well as a jacuzzi and a fireplace. It was great value for money. Calm and quiet location, very friendly and helpful staff, excellent breakfast. Our kid loved the little zoo with goats, chickens, peacocks, rabbits etc. There are geese and birds everywhere. Very close to İznik center, famous for its tiles, where one can buy souvenirs for a reasonable price. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent people, I mean these guys are so polite that no one can even think of raising their voice even. Whole team is Excellent , from staff who received us late night to staff who served us the Excellent breakfast.

Minor issue but the listing wasn't up to date about shared bathrooms in the type of rooms we booked. So we were asked to pay 800 tl extra to get rooms with attached toilets. If shared facilities was clear I would have booked the room with attached baths. This should be refunded by the booking.com team due to inaccurate listing.

The position was like , full of animals .

No English speakers at all except reception . No English menu at restaurant

Amazing food, staff, bed ... they've a lovely pet dog there, roaming around ... heaters, jacuzzi and all other things are perfect ... 🦁👍🏽

The staff was extremely polite, friendly and helpful! Its a very nice place. In the outskirts with nothing much happening around!! The breakfast was excellent

Some mold in the bathrooms and the shower head was not able to attach to the wall. Other than that wonderful facilities.

beautiful location by the lake. it makes a nice place for family with kids as there are facilities to entertain kids.

stayed two nights. one night was in the caravan which was surprisingly comfortable. we were far from traffic and could see stars at night. the second night was in the economic room which was like a tree house. bed was a little too soft and it was facing the restaurant so you could hear the chatter until the restaurant closed around midnight. the only downside was that the shared bathroom was quite far and the shower for women was clogged with hair.

The staff were very nice and friendly especially the waitresses , the receptionists and the night shift receptionist.

Extremely dirty toilets , breakfast lounge also dirty and full of plates Only 2 people could speak english which is terribly inconvenient . Non hygienic toilets with stools debris stuck in it 🤮🤮

The view of the mountains and lake was beautiful.

The images are hugely deceptive. The rooms were small, dark and hot, even with the AC on full, it did not cool. The tv was not working, the sheets were hot and uncomfortable, the pool suites get very noisy. Do not fall for it - the payment is non-refundable because they know ppl will want to leave!
