the property is well located the 2nd raw of buildings to the sea. it has a beautiful very spacious panoramic terrace which has a view on the city, mountains and sea. the Apartment itself is so clean and everything you meed was there, especially if you are going with your family. Aydogan, the host is a very nice guy, he speaks English very well and he’s easy to communicate with and he’s always helpful with any guests’ needs.

Good location, sea in one minute, cozy apartments, convenient Parking near the house, delicious pizzeria on the ground floor, great host, thank you very much!

- The location opposite to the sea and you can reach lot of restaurants around the area within 10 minutes using car. - The gentleman in charge is a really nice person and trying to help as much as he can but this does not change the truth about the place.

1- The cleanliness of the toillet. The toilet was not clean and surrounded with dots of dirt! That made us feel disgusted. I informed the gentleman and he came to clean by himself; but, honestly we could not feel comfortable nor confident to use the bathroom after that. Thats why we could not stay in the place and left to another hotel after 2 hours. Unfortunately I paid the full amount for 3 nights whiley stay was not more than 2 hours. I've requested Booking for a full refund clarifiyng the reasons but yet did not get any confirmation. 2- Air conditioning: I booked 2 appartments, the "Apartment with sea view" has air condition in the seating area and the bedroom in the 2nd floor only. However, the bedroom with 2 single bed in the 1st floor has no air condition. Moreover, the air conditioning of the room was not cooling enough, the A/C was operating for one hour but the place still warm. The studio apartment (one bedroom apartment) has A/C in the seating area only but not in the bedroom. Additionally the air condition in the seating area was not working properly (always fluctuating between on and off).  I informed the gentleman in charge and he checked the issue and informed me that he will bring the technician in the morning next day. 3- The furniture is a bit old and worn. Maybe this is not an issue but definitely the palce is not a "Superb"!
