The location was perfect for us (near to the bowling alley!) but distant from town, something made easier by the nearby cheap, efficient and frequent metro/tram system (just tap your credit card at the entrance, 70c to travel anywhere on the line). Excellent breakfast. Good facilities. Private beach for summer visitors.

Few western tourists visit the area, so few staff spoke English. Limited menu in the restaurants. I like to have paper menus, not just via a QR code

I really loved everything about this hotel especially Mr Teoaman who upgraded my room and I really appreciate that gesture of hospitality and Mümen at front desk and the breakfast was so delicious and offered lots of food and drinks and the staff were so friendly and welcoming indeed especially Sema and Duygu 🙏 they were so helpful that you feel at home ..the location is perfect facing the black sea .

I think the carpets in the rooms must be renovated.. otherwise all is good 👍🏻

Staff weren't entirely accomodating. At times it felt like I was being told off. Found out the security scanner at front of hotel was to prevent you bringing in your own drinks, can understand that for around the hotel but what I consume in my room should be up to me. Although overall breakfast was excellent. It seemed very odd that if something was very popular it seemed to be off the menu next day rather than supplying more. May have just been unlucky!

Perfect location outside the centre for an overnight stay. But close enough for a very interesting 45 min walk into the city. We enjoyed the clean beach and pool areas as well as the comfy beds. The bathroom was a good size. The staff were helpful and there was room service for dinner.

Could do with some renovation for the price.

Easy access, fantastic view, clean, quiet, great food, dinner and breakfast, courteous service, it was great. We are very pleased.

Outstanding hotel, location in the center for all attractions. Staff super friendly and very professional. We had an issue with AC they immediately fixed it. Beds super comfortable. See view was amazing.

WiFi was very poor. Breakfast buffet; although they have many items it was below average, tea not fresh, Cheese types need to be improved.

The staff was great. Every time I needed something, they were ready to provide their assistance. They are trying to make you feel special and are very friendly. Thanks to all members of the staff, however, I want to specially thank receptionist Yusuf Bicdirici and staff from the Fora restaurant: Nesrin Gencal, Mucahit Acbasrak and Sema Sarioglu. In addition, location and facilities are also great, personally, I liked the private beach of the hotel and swimming pools, cleanliness is great too. The food is very delicious, breakfast was very good and with variety of food, meals at the restaurant were great as well.

Amazing hotel, really great accommodation! I would definitely recommend this place. It is situated right in front of the beach, near the walking area (with an amazing park with children playgrounds and karting). Breakfast is definitely superb. Room service excellent.

The only thing I would change for better would be the dinner schnitzel and other foods that are greasy. But no other changes I would make.

Nothing concerning the property Just the AC is not cooling enough but did not bother me much… However,i think it was expensive in terms of value for money
