I had a truly wonderful stay. All the staff were extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and always smiling. The atmosphere was peaceful, and I felt welcomed every moment. I especially want to thank Mr. Ayoub for his kindness and constant support throughout my stay. The sea view from my room was breathtaking, and the natural surroundings were incredibly calming. The food was also delicious — I enjoyed every meal. The location is also perfect — everything was nearby and convenient. There was a large mall just around the corner with all the major brands and shops, as well as a local market and easy access to transportation. Even a supermarket was just steps away. The whole area surrounding the hotel was very beautiful and made the experience even more enjoyable. I stayed for four nights, and they were truly some of the most beautiful days I’ve experienced. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone. It’s absolutely worth the price.

There was absolutely nothing I didn’t like. Everything was perfect.

Room service was kind and available, the personnel was nice and helpful. The hotel has valet parking service, a very nice dining floor with a pretty view on the sea, all 3-star requirements are met. It is also allowed to smoke in the room and order food and drink in short time. Breakfast is by the intercontinental fashion and we also got fresh omelette from the personnel when requested. I had a really relaxing sleep on such a tight schedule as ours.

The remote control for the television did not always work. Beer was a bit expensive (60 TL for a 3 dl bottle), even considering that it is uncommon to consume alcohol in Turkey.

Breakfast can be improved, no warm food provided, this made the experience less enjoyable. However the view from the hotel was quite good, and the staff were very helpful.

The staff was friendly, room was very clean and they took care of details, the panoramic view is the most beautiful in Samsun ever, you can see Sunrise from your room.

No thing, it’s all were good

Staff were very friendly, rooms were cleaned daily and breakfast was amazing with a fantastic view. Easy to get a taxi into the city centre which is pretty cheap. Rooms were a great size and lovely view also.

Ventilation in the bathrooms sometimes smelt of cigarette smoke but wasn’t too bad. Hairdryer was also a bit rusty but still worked. Otherwise everything was great :)

Its safe to be with your family there and there Breakfast was good

Its on a top of hill so its a bit hard to reach it apart from that its good.

Excellent location, close to the outlet. Hotel staff were very nice and Ismail was very accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and the room had an amazing sea view. There are available parking at the hotel.

The view is unique and the receptionest mr Ayup is smilling helpful and kind .

The curtaines are not blucking out the sun the sound proof system so you can hear the noise of the cars and trucks .
