Very good value for money. It’s right in the center of Samsun, the location is convenient and well connected. The room was very spacious and super clean. There was even a jacuzzi in the bathroom! The staff was extremely kind and helped me with a late checkout for no extra charges. I recommend this hotel!

There was some noise at night coming from the street, because windows are very thin. The breakfast could be improved, especially the sweet part

The room was lovely, the bed was huge, staff were polite and friendly and the breakfast buffet was amazing! Central location with paid parking very close by (also very cheap 70 TL).

We're not sure why, but the room was really hot, even with the window open and the heating off. Unfortunately there was no remote control to use the Aircon, so it was a hot night, even though it was only April! Everything else was so wonderful, though, it didn't spoil our stay there.

The breakfast was varied, rich. Large, spacious rooms. Beautiful view, towards the sea. Huge, comfortable bed. Around the hotel we had everything we needed: tourist attractions, shops, bazaar, minibus station, tram station, restaurants.

The last few days there was no butter. The coffee was very bad. The bathroom smelled of sewage; But not all the rooms had the smell, just that I was too tired after the trip to ask to change my room. Internet connection could not be achieved by following the indicated steps. I had to go down to the reception with my laptop and phone so that the staff at the reception could make the connection.

The rooms were large and bright, facing the park and the sea. Staff were always helpful and polite, doing their best to cater for all our needs.

We were informed upon arrival that the dining hall is under renovation and that we will receive a breakfast plate in the room each morning. It was a decent plate, but I would prefer to know that detail before booking.

Really comfortable one night stay at the BM Hotel. Room was spacious, comfortable and clean. It was also quiet, which was surprising to us as hotel on roadside. Enjoyed breakfast which had plenty of choice. Served in nice room on top floor overlooking the local park.

It seems to be an old hotel that needs renovation. The conditioner seems to have been cleaned very long ago and it does not make air in the room fresher. There is not enough light, especially in the shower room. And we think that the bed blanket needs a sheet. You cannot just use a blanket without a sheet. This is not comfortable at all. And is not right from all points of view.

Great location, right on Cumhuriyet Meydani so despite arriving around 11pm at the airport we could still get the last bus to the city and get off almost outside. The rooms are fine, what would have been snazzy business style 10 years ago and pretty well maintained if very slight mustiness in the air (perhaps past smokers?). Not much English spoken but staff friendly and desk was still open after midnight when we arrived.

I like the hotel and the staff was very helpful and friendly, it makes me feel comfortable. Also the breakfast was very delicious.and the important things is the location were it is in the center. thank you for the staff and the manger above them.

Breakfast slightly disappointing as ran out of quite a few things

Worth the money! The staff was really nice and helpful. Comfortable bed. They opened the breakfast buffet 30min before just for us, cus we had to leave early in the morning to catch the flight.

The hair dryer was not ok. If you have long hairs, it's better if you bring your own
