Location and view amazing. Staff very friendly and helpful. very cheap. even restaurant or anything extra I ordered is cheap. They cleaned rooms everyday. nice breakfast. ( eggs, boiled, omelette, Turkish sausages, waffles and several sweets. I liked it 😎😎

Furniture and accommodation is old. my bathroom door was rotten down side and hair drier had big noise. but besides that everything worked and functioned. ☺️ hotel was clean

Location is central overlooking Ataturk Park on the boulevard that runs along the front. Tram stop nearby that runs along coast to Atakum. Taxi ranks right outside to transport you to the airport. Breakfast is on the 8th floor terrace and was very pleasant with views of the bay & beyond. Plenty to eat, breakfast included in price. The room was a double & single bed with plenty of room and comfortable & chair were fine. Towels were clean and changed regularly. Large bathroom with good shower and plenty of hot water.

At breakfast there was an absence of yoghurt, muesli/granola cereal and a selection of fruit which I would have liked. The tea urn was empty on more than one occasion as clients were filling vacuum flasks to take out. I purchased a mug for my room as the mug in the bathroom (for the toothbrush) was cracked. The noise from the traffic horns is pretty continual from morning until late evening, closing the window helps a little (but you are right in the city centre). The deadlock switch on the door did not operate and the card activation is a little tricky.

The location is very good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Parking is located behind the hotel.

Non-smokers must have separate rooms.
