Ideal location to base yourself in Samsun. Close to the tram, promenade and shops. Taxi from the airport only 25mins. All staff were friendly, welcoming and helpful. Room had all amenities you'd need, including a safe and Hairdryer. We visited Atakum beach area, which was only 10mins via tram.

The breakfast could have had a few more continental options.

Very well situated with a lovely staff willing to help. A great choice of food for breakfast. Every day clean towels and sheets.

They label themselves as a business hotel,so good wifi and very helpful from desk.

Although the central location is convenient,the traffic noise is evident

Such low quality rooms. Definitely not a 4 star hotel. More like 2 star, at most! Breakfast was buffet style and ok. If rooms were renovated, would be worth the stars.

This is not a 4 star hotel. Don’t let the pictures fool you. They are not even close to reality. Our stay at the hotel was beyond terrible, the receptionist at this “4 star hotel” doesn’t speak a word of English, the bathroom door is broken, pillows and beds are incredibly uncomfortable, AC was half broken, there was a lot of someone’s black hair everywhere and then the breakfast… They say they are a 4 star hotel and all you have for breakfast is COLD french fries (have you ever tried eating COLD french fries???) that we were supposed to wash down with cold water, no milk for the cereal, no coffee, boiled eggs that were yellow inside, god knows when they were boiled.. It’s absolutely ridiculous!! And this whole amazing experience cost 70 euro a night. What’s more, they made us pay 10 euro more for the kids that left the hotel absolutely hungry!!! My experience was beyond horrible. We stayed at hostels that provide better experience for their guests than this so called 4 star hotel..

Everything was Bad, the dirtiest room and hotel I have ever seen in my life, the staff was acting literally like my boss and I was the staff not the customer. crappiest place so I beg that no one pays and stays here , you all have been warned

It seemed like a dungeon, dark and dirty, staff was my boss literally that’s how he treated us! The worst experience in my life, dirty, smell of cigarette was in my nose, the cheapest furnitures ever. All was bad
