I had a wonderful one-week stay at Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Samsun. The hotel was clean and comfortable throughout my visit. I want to give special thanks to Fatma, the room maid, who was always cheerful and made sure my room was spotless every day, her attention to detail really made a difference. I also really appreciated the valet service: the staff was always friendly, helpful, and efficient. Their professionalism made my stay even more relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again. Thank you for the excellent service.

Personal very friendly, at arrival at reception, the cook making me scrambled eggs with onions, Yeliz who cleaned my room and made it tidy-thank you all, the bed is huge with four pillows, breakfast has fantastic choices, hotel is just 20 minutes away from airport with the bus, around the corner is the bus for the beach, and on the other direction in 10 minutes you reach the shops, room is big with full size windows

Staff assistant and welcoming, Breakfast was very good, location it comfortable many attractions are in walking distances room is spacious and clean when i called the staff, they came immediacy and removed the alcohol

Toilet has 2 toilet rolls with low quantity so the rolls run out quickly this happened to me twice as well they need to increase non smoking floors because they forced me to stay in smoking floor

Convenient location (15 minutes by foot from the city center), taxi park in front of the hotel, tasty buffet breakfast, sauna and fitness center, beautiful view, and great facilities. I also appreciated the option to request food to the room from the restaurant and found the staff to be friendly. Overall, I felt that Ramada lived up to its high standards, especially for the high-cost rooms.

The air conditioning is excellent some hotels reduce the A/C to half power to reduce the electricty bills. room is big and clean. reseption team mr. Nadim, Talha and the traniee lady were excellent in their work and behavior with all of my family members, not to forget Mr. Hasan for solving my extended reservation issue, also the not to forget the heros of car parking service working days and night to keep our car near the hotel entrance. breakfast is good and every family members found what they need and love to eat and drinks (thank you for the daily filter coffee)

room service is good and food quality is good but they did not cover the dishes and they are not give you a table, this is minor issue for me but not for our womans in my famliy. if you can make the breakfast untill 10:30 or even to 11 would be better for us, now its until 10 but some days they give the families 10 minutes extra 😀

We stayed one night as a pit stop to our end destination. The room was comfortable and large. We didn't take the breakfast option so cannot comment on this. It did seem to be a fare bit out from the main attractions but this was not the purpose of our stop over.
