Very clean hotel, good standard, comfortable beds, clean and fresh sheets, new equipment, generous breakfast on a beautiful terrace with sea view, very beautiful view of the sea from the room

Located far from Trabzon, 26 km, the hotel does not offer shuttle services to the city. Fortunately, there is a minibus stop right in front of the hotel for Trabzon and at a very good price (50 Turkish lira) : Do not take taxis, they are all scammers and violent: if you have to, ask for a taxi through the hotel and specify a fair price that suits you, do not trust their meters, all of them are rigged

The location is perfect, having restaurant and coffee shops with supermarket under the hotel is a big advantage The breakfast is very simple and the view is amazing. The reception staff were very helpful i asked to do late check out and they were more than happy to assist me.

Not too many options on the breakfast but its OK. Nothing to complain about.

Hotel is located between Trabzon & Rize (25-30 minutes from Trabzon Airport). (About 1 hour drive to Uzungol Lake).

This hotel is recommended for visitors who are renting a car because it's around 30 km distance from Trabzon city centre. Also, the price for renting at this hotel is affordable for the amenities included. Further, my booking was a room with a sea view which is very spacious and well equipped.

I didn't like in this hotel things such as the staying dirtes on some places of the carpet, the isolation in the hotel is bad which you can hear the sounds from next door or people walking in the corridors. Also, breakfast needs some improvements and different options should be included.

Spacious room with nice see view in addition to super market, cafe and dessert shop, and pizza store below the hotel.

20 m7nutes driving toTrabzon center , but the good other issues compensate for the distance.

Every thing is very good. Friendly staff. Nice view Nice Furniture. They have underground parking. Although it is season time; they upgraded my reservation to 3 bedroom apartment as the room I booked was not available.

You have to call the reception to open parking gate on each time your are leaving or coming.

Apartment was spacious and in perfect condition. Staff were exceptionally friendly and very helpful washing machine was good to have kitchen freg oven and other amenities were good

Living room furniture were old with damaged tea table also kitchen table need to be replaced and sofa as well double bed too small for grown adult .house keeping was below expectations they always late and some time they don't do the house keeping due many visitors in the hotel damaged closet and water leaks in bath room

The hotel is clean and the rooms are big, there's a pizza place and a mini market downstairs, and a coffee shop. A small town nearby if you need a pharmacy or something the hotel doesn't provide.

If you are going to spend your stay in Trabzon or in Rize, then the location might be an issue. It's not in Trabzon, and it's not in Rize, it's in the middle.

Location, they upgraded me to see the view room, I would like to thanks the one who upgraded me. I really recommend everyone one who would like to go Trabzon.
