From the moment we arrived till the moment we left, we were in a piece of heaven but present on our earth. An extraordinarily warm welcome from Mr. Ertan (the GM and owner of the hotel), who is a true angel in every meaning of the word. I have never met a person who is remotely as caring and kindhearted as Mr. Ertan. He really makes you feel like family. He made our stay a truly unforgettable experience. The hotel is modern and has fantastic views of both the sea and the surrounding mountains—a snapshot of heaven. Our apartment was very clean, spacious, and luxuriously furnished—with all the amenities you could possibly think of (e.g., dishwasher, washing machine, stove, etc.). The dining area is beautifully furnished and very clean. The breakfast buffet has simple yet amazing varieties. They make a different breakfast menu almost every day. We really looked forward to breakfast and always woke up early in anticipation. The restaurant personnel are simply amazing: super friendly, always smiling, and every so eager to teach us Turkish and treat us like royalty. Still There is another Key person Mr Anas who is truly a real gentleman . He is always ready to help you as one of the family. I need a whole book chapter to describe how much this place is enjoyable in every single aspect. Surely we shall come again.

The only drawback was that We have to check out as our vacation time was over .

I have never encountered someone as genuinely caring and compassionate as Mr. Ertan. He succeeded in creating a sense of family during our stay, leaving an indelible mark on our hearts. The hotel boasts modern amenities and offers breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding mountains, akin to a glimpse of paradise.

I really enjoyed drinking my coffee on the balcony, which has a wonderful view towards the Black Sea. All the staff are friendly and cooperative. The suites are very clean, and the breakfast is very nice. I strongly recommend it especially, for families.

Location is great and close to the airport and the meydan and has amazing view (we had the mountain view, but they also have a sea view). The apartment is fully equipped with a fridge, oven, electric kettle, dish washer and washing machine). They also provide free water, coffee and tea. So you literally don’t need to worry about bringing anything. The staff are super friendly and helpful. We loved it! Thank you Mr. Artan!

breakfast has no much varieties

A great place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of Trabzon but within easy reach of the city. Very comfortable apartment and an excellent and helpful host - Ertan was very solution focused and charming. The other staff were great as well. Highly recommended.

To start with, the property was clean and comfortable. It is 2 bed rooms apartment with modern and newish furnitures and kitchenette. Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Location was amazing on the hill with Black Sea view and beautiful mountains surrounded. Breakfast was Turkish homemade style with delicious varieties. Buildings has elevator and beautiful garden. Wi-Fi was really good and reliable.

The manager and the staff are all wonderful and kind people. They were very fast in responding for our needs with pleasure. The suite was spacious and very well accommodated. The location was great. The manager offered a free ride to the supermarket as soon as we arrived to buy some stuff.

The property is clean with good furniture, I would rate it 5 starts compared to what you could get in Trabzon(as most hotels are not good), breakfast is humble and I would recommend to plan to have somewhere else if you want something fancy. The location(5min from airport, and when you go down hill you have the option to turn to the attractions to the left or right in the main road) is good(uphill) and very quiet (no plane sound). also, special thanks to the hotel manager Mr. Ertan creating positive energy around and easy to talk to and willing to help at any time.

The water heater is not functioning properly, and it was very difficult to have shower or wash hands; the weather was cold and you have to turn the water and wait 3min to have warm water(not hot!) and it will remain warm for 2min and again cold water for 2min and continues cycle like this.
