Its location is great, however, they need to enhance this facilities and car parking for mini bus. In terms of cleanliness, it was over all clean and its staff are lovely and friendly. Special thanks to Jehad he was really friendly guy and supportive and his smile doesn’t leave his face. I told him and I really mean, if I would come to Horon hotel once again it will be Because of him and his team.

Parking and it need renovation.

The location is perfect: 2-3 minutes from the meydan. There are plenty of food options and coffee places and even pharmacies. The staff are really friendly and cheerful. The breakfast was good and had a good variety.

The room is relatively small, but it doesn’t matter if you’re there on a short break and have a small bag.

1 .The location , it is 2 minutes walking to the center. 2. The breakfast ,the dining room and the staff there are really 5 stars. 3. Room size and the ward robe are adequate. 4. Staff at the front desk are helpful and can speak English. 5.The cleaning ladies were nice and smiling inspite of their tidious job and hot weather.

1. Our room was at the side of the pubs and the music was loud till very late in the night. 2. There was a bad smell the source of which I could not find ( ? Toilet , ? Carpet) 3. My room was at the first floor and I could not open the curtains as there were always some men staring either on the balcony of the pub opposite the hotel or the men sitting at the cafe in front.

The staff helpfull. The breakfast is amazing 👏. Every thing is comfy. The room although it's small , but have a smart tv where I can watch using my own you tube and Netflix. The location exceeded my expectation.

The room was much smaller than advertised, barely over 15sqm (including bathroom) while it was advertised for 20sqm.

The property was close to the center. Although I did not approach people any of the hotel staff in the reception for any other concern - to be fair, checking in was smooth as well as the check out. Hotel cleanliness was very good so far. Breakfast was good and with variety (but "almost" the same everyday). Restaurants and shops are all over. Also public transports are available nearby if you need one. I recommend this place...

The location is perfect. It is in the centre of Trabzon. Directly in the Meydan. The room was clean. All important destinations were nearby. Thanks for kindness to all staff, especially Selin and Hadiye. Everything was amazing. I hope we will see you again :)

Excellent location, 50 meters and you're on Meydan Park. Room was clean, size perfect for 2 people. Staff helpful. Breakfast was good, restaurant on the roof, nicely decorated.

Somewhere nearby, a pub or a restaurant with really loud music till the very late in the night
