location was splendid opposite the sea, the sea was so nice, day and night, sandy clean beaches, lots of activities at the seafront, the rooms, and the balconies faced the sea and the swimming pool, The family rooms were connected lots of space and large closets, the weather was great, the outside swimming pool looks like an oasis, nice music, good vibes, delicious food all over the hotel and the neighborhood, I recommend the club restaurant in B1 in the hotel, has nice sushi the best in town, nice friendly people overall. 5 minutes away from the airport.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. The reception is very elegant, the rooms are spacious and clean, and have a large balcony. The view of the sea, the swimming pool and the garden is wonderful. The shower is spacious, the food is delicious and varied, the service is excellent. The hotel’s location is on the highway and very close to the airport. It has a full view of the sea and is close to marine activities, cafes and restaurants, but He needs a car to go to the old city

The location is great with immediate access to beach, park and restaurant around the place. Clean rooms with spacious terrace and nice view. Fantastic breakfast with sitting choice indoor and outdoor. As well you can choose to use the indoor pool or the one in open space depending on the season and your mood.

Like many other places in Trabzon and small cities in Turkey, hotel's personnel do not communicate perfectly in English expect for a few people in the reception. There is a game room with facilities like (billiard, playstation, table football) which are all expensively chargeable!

The swimming pool is awesome and probably this is the best facility in the hotel provided there is a plenty of sunny days. Restaurants are also good but pricey.

Staff has poor knowledge of English and that's a disadvantage considering the class of the hotel. Also the hotel is located quite close to Trabzon airport and flyovers are quite noisy especially at night. At times you have a feeling that plain is landing directly on you.

Fantastic breakfast with a great variety each day. Large newly furnished rooms. Great wifi and good views of the black sea. Although there are not a lot of restaurants within walking distance, the hotel has a good number of restaurants with different cuisines. Nice indoor pool to swim in when the weather is not conducive to swimming outside.

Hotel is near the airport, so you do hear the planes from the rooms, however there are only a very small number a day and nothing late at night or really early in the morning. I would still stay there again as it did not change my views of the hotel.

The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is good, and the reception staff are wonderful and very helpful, especially an employee named Yamour، thank you for your help and kindness, as well as the tour organizer, but the service staff in the restaurants are very slow, and the bathrooms in the lobby area need a supervisor to clean them.

The staff needs to learn English, only the reception staff are speaking English but the staff in the restaurants are not speaking English so it was very difficult to deal with them. Few elevators and it was very busy all the time

Ramada Plaza Trabzon exceeded expectations! Modern rooms with balconies, diverse dining, pools, spa, and a private beach made for a luxurious stay. Staff was friendly, the breakfast delicious, and the Black Sea views breathtaking. Highly recommend!
