One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The staff, the room, the ambience, the food and the location overall were exceptional. I booked a normal twin room and they bumped me up to a suite just because I was travelling with my family. Even though at the last moment I wanted to increase my stay for 2 more days they let me do it without any problem. I would like to thank their staff and especially their manager Mr. EMRE for this lovely experience. I would be visiting them again surely.

Overall place is nice and has a great view. Hotel staff was kind and considerate . Hotel has near by places for local souvenirs as well to collect and shop around .

My visit was nice but washroom has a bit stinky smell and expected to be more cleaner . The other point which should be considered is food availability in hotel as you have to explore other places for your lunch or dinner options mostly . So it will be great if they can add more variety and have dinner options too . Most near by cafe or restaurants have limited items so its get tricky at times specially with kid .

The room had an incredible view of the city and the shore. Our room was clean and had lots of windows. Breakfast was on the terrace overlooking the city and shore, and there are a number of patios and terraces throughout the property where you can relax outside. Breakfast included eggs and had lots of options. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Wifi was good but not great. Beds were not the most comfortable (sheets a bit scratchy) but they worked just fine!

Great location in a wonderful area. Building dates from the Seljuk period so you feel the history. Take time around the hotel during the day. Polite staffs

the comfort of the bathrooms are rudimentary- Breakfast not open buffet - basic served individually - all the rest are extra (ex fruit juices if you are not tea drinker) - compliant service according to the price paid.

Incredibly atmospheric and authentic place in Trabzon. It is here and on the adjacent streets that you can feel the real Trabzon. The hotel is located in ancient mansions and convey the real atmosphere of Turkey. Very pleasant welcome, caring staff, nice breakfast in the open space overlooking the Black Sea. The surrounding streets are an open-air museum!
