The hotel is not new, but in good condition and quiet area (I mean, without active traffic all around). Keep in mind that there is a mosque nearby. The hotel room was quite large, with two huge comfortable beds — the mattresses were perfect, as were the pillows. Sleeping is a pleasure! Large bathroom with shower, good water pressure. I should also mention the hotel administrators — they are very polite, cultured, they will always come to the rescue, and they are as responsive as possible. The hotel serves breakfast, and the food is varied: salads, sliced meat and cheese, omelets, tea, coffee, halva, jams. For this price, it's a good deal, no need to expect it to be a Marriott or Hilton.

Probably the one bothering thing was plaster falling from the ceiling — water from the floor above must have leaked in that place, it was all sealed up, plastered, but the plaster did not hold good.

The accessibility is a major plus—whether I'm heading out for a meal, shopping, or sightseeing, everything is close by. One of the best features is that the Hagia Sophia Mosque is just a short walk away, making it easy to explore this stunning historic site without the hassle of long commutes. The location truly enhances the overall experience.

The staff were very friendly especially the lady that prepared breakfast. The typical Turkish breakfast was good with a good variety and different every morning. The hotel is located in a lovely area with loads of supermarkets and restaurants. Close to the main shopping streets in Meydan

I asked for a non-smoking room but it smelled of smoke. Some of the guests were very loud, but reception sorted it out quickly.

We stayed 10 nights at this hotel and it honestly exceeded our expectations. We booked a double room and they gave us a bigger triple room. The staff was always there to help. They also provided daily cleaning of the room and always left water, tea, and coffee in the room for us. The location is a 10-minute bus ride from the centre (Meydan). Recommended

Stayed with family. Very friendly staff, good rooms. Perfect price/quality ratio. The breakfast is the best breakfast in Trabzon. As we will be in Trabzon, we will definitely stay again in this hotel

No minuses for such a price, if only the smell of tobacco in the corridor, but this is almost in all hotels in Turkey.

Simple, clean local hotel. Nothing fancy. But good value for money. Sufficient breakfast, Ms Halime was able to work with our dietary restrictions and make a dairy free omelette.
