The hotel is a wedding venue and visitors over the weekend should expect multiple weddings with music playing until 2330. The historic building means the music will be very loud in the bedrooms - you could not sleep with it. The terrace is quieter and a lovely place to wait for the weddings to finish but if you like to sleep earlier then you would struggle at this venue.

The hotel was perfect. The room was clean everyday and there were clean towels. The crew specials Ms Abdullah, Mr Ali was so kind and helpful and supported for everything. They take care of you all the time in your reservation. If it's possible you get embarrassed early and late disembarkation. Mr. Ali supports us for tur for sümmela manastery, because we did not know where we could get and we were late to book. When we go home they call a taxi for us and I lost my telephone in taxi. They supposed us again to find taxi driver and bring my mobile phone back. Thank you for everything! In the hotel we stay tre night and we was presen our first anniversary. The room was with special decoration. Mr. Ali support me for everything end the crew for restorations give us very kind attention and Cary for our needs. The food is very good taste, the breakfast is personal service, not buffet😊. Dinner and lunch is ala carte- this is very good because we can choose time for food and not need to run for a buffet time. The hotel building is a historical place and you can choose to sleep in place ,where you sleep prince. The garden is beautiful place. You can trink envy tee or coffee with nice music and relax. Trabzon landmarks is around 30-40min a walk from hotel- aguarium, castle, bosteppe garden. Have a bus transport for atarürk pavilion and uzüngol from sity. The reception worker can help you with information also for this.

Nothing bad. For us ,if you are a tourist from another county or Turkish don't think and go to this hotel. The people carry for you like you are at home.

Cephanelik Butik Hotel was originally a tower, and it still retains much of its historic charm while incorporating modern amenities. The atmosphere blends the old with the new in a tasteful and comfortable way. We especially enjoyed the complimentary breakfast each morning. Our room was spacious and well-appointed, featuring a luxurious jacuzzi that added a special touch to our stay. Every one from house keeping, receptionist and the manager was so helpful, kind and thoughtful. Every day different breakfast.

This hotel is exceptional in terms of location, structure and room design. Staying in 700 years old building is quite a unique experience and feeling. The staff were very helpful. The hotel location is in a quiet corner of the busy Trabzon city and the restaurant/cafe gives you a nice view over the valley. It's still not that far from the Meydan Square. The rooms are designed and recommend for couples.

I think the management needs to take more care for the maintenance and the routine room cleaning. Few small things that annoyed me like the locked safe box that I couldn't use during my stay. Also the door key that didn't work for several times but got fixed at the end. Follow up with things can be improved further.

Spacious room, cleanliness, cozy, the breakfast. The jacuzzi and shower is amazing. Contains hose bidet.

When i arrived, the room was very hot because the ac was turned off when we arrived. The place didn't feel very professional. And the restaurant closes at 10, which is very early, keeping in mind the is no restaurant within walking distance.

The toilets near the reception are not clean. In our room there was a little bit shampoo.
