The hotel was very large and well maintained. The staff were great overall, I'd like to thank Esra from the reception desk who managed to upgrade my parents to a much better room after our first night! Also, special thanks to Emre who very kind, helped us with our bags and gave us great restaurant recommendations around the city. The hotel is on a higher elevation so walking around can be difficult, but it's a short taxi ride to the old town. It is also very close to the airport which was nice. The views from the sea rooms were excellent and the sunsets were always stunning!

I wish they utilized more of the restaurants in the hotel and rooftop space. I think it was under construction or not yet completed. We might have been there in an "off-peak" season, but overall was a great experience for a 4 night stay.

Location is not far from Centre, and all facilities were nice, except heating, The whole hotel was cold.

The weather was cold, and there was no heating system in the room. When I asked at reception desk, They sent Me an extra blanket!

Initially we were given the room on the first floor which had a terrible view of the sea as we could only see the pebbles on the floor shade. On my complaint, they offered me the room on third floor which was way better. So I appreciate they accommodated on our complaint. We asked the hotel for laundry on which the guy told us that the laundry is full and they cannot accept more clothes. On this I got infuriated, that what is the point of staying in a 4-5 star hotel when we can not get basic laundry facility. Then another lady called us back and she took the responsibility of getting the laundry done from outside. I highly respect her customer dealing skills.

From the moment we arrived, everything at the hotel exceeded our expectations. The view is simply breathtaking, waking up to the sea every morning from our spacious, beautifully designed room with a large balcony was an unforgettable experience. The team made our stay even more special. A big thank you to Süleyman, Anıl, Gizem, and Hasan for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. And a heartfelt thank to Neda, whose kindness, friendliness, politeness, and radiant smile created a sense of home away from home. Looking forward to returning next year !

The hotel location is at the top of the mountain, next to Medan aria, and the new bridge is just down beneath. The rooms are very clean and the bed is very comfortable. The sea view is heaven. Breakfast has a variety type of food and fresh juices. Staff are so friendly and lovely. Thanks to Mr. Bahader for helping us to get the appropriate transportation, and he is located at his store in the lobby. The hotel is offing Turkish Hammam for ladies separated than men. Also, I had a massage with Ms. Kadek she was very professional from Bali.

The view from the room was phenomenal. I highly recommend you get the sea view room on the 5th floor. The food was tasty and the room service is as you expect from a 5 stars hotel. The reception and the valet parking was on point. The breakfast was very organized and contained a lot of variety. The room was spacious.

The road to the hotel was kind of confusing because of google maps. The default route from the airport is closed so you have to find another road. The floor of the room felt a little bit dusty? Like if i walk barefoot in the room it feels dirty like it wasn't cleaned in weeks.

Great hotel with the most amazing views over Trabzon. Rooms are large, comfortable and spacious. The beds are extremely comfortable too. Great pool and spa area. Staff try to make you wear a swimming cap but I explained I had no intention of putting my head underwater and so they made an exception. It’s is a distance from the centre of Trabzon. It is walkable down but you pass through some dodgy areas. Walking up would be an extreme challenge with how high and steep it is. Taxi’s cost less than 150 lira and so not worth walking when that cheap. I would definitely stay again if it visit Trabzon. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Food in the restaurant was not to my liking. I was given an awful pizza that was raw, I sent it back and it came back half raw and half burnt. Not the quality you would expect from the Radisson. The chef came out to stare me down but did not approach me. The other staff were very apologetic and gave me a refund so all was good in the end. Drinks are also very expensive!

Great hotel. Location high on the hill with incredible views. Hotel is relatively new. Some ratings said staff didn't speak English. We had no problem at all. Everyone spoke much better English than I speak Turkish. The guy at the front desk that checked us in and seemed to be there 24/7 was especially nice with great English. Breakfast was fantastic. The gym and spa were outstanding. We wish we would have stayed a few extra days just to enjoy the gym and spa more. The only questionable thing is that the hotel seemed quite empty. Of course, that was great since we had no problem with crowds, particularly at breakfast.
