A really comfortable room with the most incredible view of a large new mosque complex nearing completion and the Black Sea. There were beautiful views also looking over old Trabzon with the gorgeous ancient stone walls and bridges. The hotel has been recently renovated so everything was fresh. The bed was nice and firm, the bathroom was spacious and with a lovely shower. So good having a kitchen in the room as well so I was able to do some cooking. A great location with a short walk to many restaurants, the bazaar, Hagia Sophia and the amazing St Anna Church, oldest church in Trabzon with some beautiful remnants of original frescoes.

We needed to buy some cups, spoons and crockery.

The property is conveniently located a walking distance from the city centre and main sightseeing spots. It offers all amenities for an apart-hotel stay including a small kitchen in the room with all basic kitchenware. The rooms were spacious, modern, very clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

The suites are on the top floors of an office building with a large underground parking and it only has one elevator shared by everyone. It was not very straightforward to find the reception as there were no signs on the ground floor saying that it's on the 7th floor so it took some time to figure this out.

Great location close to Meydan, quiet and safe neighbourhood. Grocery with fresh produce nearby, cafes, bakery and public transportation. ideal for families who wish to explore the city. Staff is excellent, always available for help. Our suite was overlooking the sea, the view is gorgeoous, recently renovated so furniture is new and clean. They keep the place very clean with nice smell. Air condition in every room, works well. Big Fridge, stove to prepare breakfast or light meal .

Other guests smoking in their room despite signs prohibitting smoking. Staff took care of this immediately though. In some cases when hotel got full, water pressure became week, but the staff immediately fixed it.

Was better than I expected, very good location close to city center, parks and Aquarium, beautiful view from the room. I suggest booknig Studio if you stay longer since it's more like an apartment. We didn't take breakfast since there are enough places nearby where you can get breakfast.

The walls are VERY thin and you can hear everything that's going on in the next room. I mean it. Wi-Fi was unstable and while it did work on the phone, we didn't manage to get it working on TV (only the cable worked). Mild smoke smell sometimes was coming from the vent, not sure why.

We had a mostly pleasant stay at the hotel. Additionally, Yusuf Bey personally took us to the bus station after our stay since we were unfamiliar with the city and didn’t know where to find transportation. Overall, we appreciated their prompt service and the owner's kindness.

However, there was a minor issue with the bathroom — there was no hot water in the shower, and water wasn’t flowing from the hose. Fortunately, the hotel staff and the owner, Yusuf Bey, responded quickly and efficiently, promptly fixing the problem and installing a new shower.

It is on a perfect location near to the medan, The staff is very polite and helpful, The rooms area is big and has lots of helpful facilities Especially i found the elec. stove and microwave very good addition I rented a car so they gave me a free parking in the basement which was useful and made our life easy Overall i enjoyed me and my family every minute there And we are planing to come back there again if we are ever in Trabzon

This is a good place for short trip to Trabzon. It doesn't have any windows in the room (which is specified, I expected that). Shortly, read the description and look at the pictures, you won't be surprised. Good value for money. The room was clean, the AC worked

Close to the city center and has its own parking

One medium size elevator surfing the whole 9 story building and it takes time to reach your destination especially during peak times. Sounds installation is vey bad and you can hear clearly others conversation on the other side of the room.

The room was very clean and had everything a guest would need. The staff was very nice and attentive.

Cigar smoke smell got filtered from somewhere in the middle of the night, but not sure if something can be done about that.

Tge place clean and rhe location is great, the staff were very nice and helpful, but the only problem was the room too close to each other and you can hear and smell the food from the other rooms
