When we first checked in, Mr. ILHAN from the reception desk made sure that we were 100% comfortable, especially when he surprised us with an upgrade to our room. We even have received a fruit platter on the spot. He made sure that we had the best time in Trabzon by explaining to us all the important things a tourist may ask. Breakfast was a surprise as well, where splendid variety of plates were displayed with superior food quality as well as service. The location of the hotel is perfect. Room had all the things that made our stay comfortable. Superior Shower and amenities. All in all, it is a must return hotel for sure.

I had a wonderful time at YOI IS Holiday Hotel in Trabzon. Amazing location in city center. Key facilities such as supermarkets, pharmacies, shops, restaurants, are around the hotel. The hotel is exceptionally clean and comfortable. High-level of hygiene. Free Wi-Fi and high-speed internet. Fresh and delicious food provided at the restaurant. Excellent spa facilities and services. The staff are gorgeous and extremely helpful. special thanks to the reception team for their support in upgrading my room and providing me all needed support for easing my stay. Everything ( staff are nice, room is spacious, location is good, bed is comfortable, nice view from balcony ..) In overall I recommend to stay here.

Dim there are good lightening in the room but the hotel is dim The breakfast is bit limited, mainly cheese but good Simit which is essential in any turkish breakfast was not unavailable the following day

The staff were amazing and very helpful. They checked us in early and gave us one hour extend after check out time. The breakfast was simple but delicious. I would definitely come back if I visit Trabzon again.

The cleaning services needs more efforts but generally all great.

The location is excellent: centrally located in a nice neighborhood full of local shops.

Staff too worried about the early settlement of the bill. After telling me upon check-in that I could settle when checking out, the following day I found myself locked out of my room. I had to go to the reception and pay the bill in advance in order to be able to go back to my room. When I protested, the manager told me that the clerk I talked to when checking in did not know the procedure... A bit rude... Besides, they already knew me because I had already stayed at the hotel a few days earlier.

The breakfast was nice, though a variety of desserts was just OK. The location is great.

The towels were clean - yes, however, the colour ( maybe out of washing them alot) was grey and not really white.

everything was great in the hotel during our stay the hotel was near to everything it was a comfortable stay and staff were good and helpful rooms were really big and clean we asked for taxi and it came within 10 minutes the windows were big but without a view we asked the staff to call different hospitals for PCR test and they were totally helpful toilet was big and the shower box was big as well breakfast buffet was good as well and they took care of the details because of the COVID19 i liked every single thing during our stay i would book the same hotel again if i visited Trabzon

when we arrived at 02:30 at night and checked in, they did not prepare our 3 months baby crib ( they knew we have a baby ) when i told the staff i want the baby crib now he told me it will be ready in the morning but i insisted, and they did bring one . and second thing i did not like is the breakfast coffee from a machine abd bot quality coffee
