The location is perfect. There is a variety of transportation options within walking distance from the hotel. The staff is very kind and helpful, we got useful advice for our stay and travel, and some help with luggage ant taxi. The room and bathroom cleanleness were decent, and everything mentioned in the room description was there, except the sea view since we stayed on the first floor and the sea can be seen from the upper floors only. The breakfast was very good, some vegies, olives, boiled eggs, shakshouka, cornflakes, watermelon, butter, honey, labneh, chocolate spread. The price is very convinient.

There is no elevator from the ground level, and the floor levels, it is somewhere in between the floors. It is ok if you are healthy and young, but otherwise, it would be an issue. The room is a bit crowded by the beds, and there is a hanger instead of a closet. The room needs some renovation and fixig.

We stayed in quadruple room, fit for us family with 3 children. The room was clean with all equipment working properly. The window is directly faced main street connecting to Meydan Park, it’s very lively with shops, cafe and restaurants. Tourist spots were within walking distance. Internet connection was smooth and fast. Bathroom was equipped with amenity and adjustable water temperature. We liked the original water temperature which is so fresh. Nice Turkish breakfast was served at 5 floor in the restaurant with city view. Elevator was available in the hotel. Overall it was a wonderful family stay.

The quality of the rooms is poor indeed. But they’re trying to keep everything clean and neat, the staff is friendly and the breakfast is passable. I understand the complaints about the mould and everything, but I’m also sure that if the repair service came and fixed everything it wouldn’t cost 20$ for a room for 2 including breakfast in the very city centre. +it depends on how you plan to stay in Trabzon. it was a good deal for 2 nights So it’s absolutely worth the price.

Our staying was nice for those five days, they gave us different room (Better) but they didn't saw that we had another 2 days added (I'll write about it on next review). Facilities were working, room was clean, staff were nice, they helped us in multiple staff. Hotel is in the centre of the city.

Breakfast was always the same but not same as pictures, there was not drinkable water, I guess they're refilling bottle from the sink. One day of our first booking there wasn't hot water when we needed to take shower and go out. But for this price it was okay and wasn't expecting more.

Comfortable place in the walking dicstance from Old town center, Ataturk square, main streets with banks, shops and cafes. Helpfull staff, ready to support in ordering a taxi, organizing local tour etc.

Rooms are simple enough (but worth their money). Our windows looked into some dark backyard! :) Breakfast is standard and simple. But it doesn't spoil the total impression.

The reception staff were incredibly kind. They speak exceptional English. As there was room availability they let me check in early. After check out I had to rebook transport - to leave Trabzon - and the staff were kind enough to let me use the lounge area and even provided me with a drink. Rooms were spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious. Close to transport links and the museum district.

The toilet seat needs replacing. Other than that, it was a very comfortable stay!

The boss was extremely generous and humble that he let us change our stay from the principal hotel near maydan, that my wife didn't like,to another branch near the airport without extra money. He, with his excellent staff, were very helpful and friendly. we will never forget that valuable gesture.

It's a very cozy hotel, love the walls :) it's old, but they are keeping it in the best way they can. The location is the best, super central but not too noisy in the night. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Spending a weekend there, we also have been invited to a special party in the other 5 stars apart they have near the airport, and that was a nice and interesting culture night for us. They all have been such kind people to us, and if we go back to trabzon, for sure we know where to stay :) thank you all of you.

Maybe bathroom could get some renovation, but overall, good hotel value for the price. My booking ordered taxi was 5 times overpriced compared to normal Trabzon city taxi rate, but it has not anything to do with hotel, next time i'll know better.

Superb location and amazing price , close to the taxi stand and the mini bus stand, nice view of the city from the breakfast restaurant. Very friendly hosts at reception both daytime and night time, good AC, close by super markets, ATMs, Turkcell / Vodafone sim card stores, restaurants etc. Walking distance from 1000 year old Hamam!
