Quiet and comfortable place, with all the necessary amenities. Rooms and all the property was clean. Staff was nice and polite. Location was good, huge maidan square in front of the hotel. All shops, cafes and restaurants around, on walking distance. Breakfast was also good and various.

Our room had no view’s to the park, that was a bit disappointing. Building is old (but historical) so don’t know it is pro or con :) door of our bathroom looked by itself (maybe because of old lockers) but service staff fixed it immediately, despite the fact that it was late hours. Also there isn’t on place parking, you should stop the car nearby and they will park it on another place. Will be better if they have watsapp on the number that is mentioned on booking or on maps.

The location is very good! Right at the Maidan, with restaurants and shopping streets. Lively situation and enjoyable environment.

Rooms on the right of corridor (rising numbers) get extremally noisy till late at night due to the very noisy restaurant on the first floor in the same building playing very laud modern music with loud basses. Breakfast used to be more rich. this time menu was somehow limited/modest.

breakfast - scarce and boring Wi-Fi - weak Parking - problematic if you don't ask for parking address in advance. We went in circles several times around the hotel, looking for hotel parking. We had to make an emergency stop in a very crowded area to go to the reception and ask about parking quickly. The hotel staff takes your car to the different parking areas. It would be better to know in advance that the hotel has provided a parking address with a designated parking spot.

The location is the best right in the center of Maiden Park, the staff is very attentive, always ready to help. The room was perfect as in the photos, the kitchen was clean and tidy, the breakfast was very tasty and varied. (the room was tidied daily and filled with the necessary supplies), the hotel also has its own parking lot. Thank you again for the best service.

I can only say good things from my own experience

never take tours with TS Global tour .They use casual driver and fake guide. we paid lots of money for a personalise tour with guide . But the guide was useless . no explanation at all plus cancel lots of destinations which we paid to visit . plus we had to explain to him why we want to go to the places, we choose to visit which we paid Euro 250. for. we literaly had to beg him to take us to Ordu. Sumela monastry was remove by the fake guide by scaring us that it will cost us more than adfitional Euro 250 to get in . so never ever take tours with them . zagnos tour was way much better

Location is perfect near by everything you need. Very friendly staff helpful and polite. Breakfast restaurant is cozy with a great Maydan view. A charming sitting area in second floor with a terrace.

Old furniture A nearby Nightclub plays loud music daily till 1 am.

Location is excellent, right on the central park. Have contract with nearby parking and don't pay for parking. Very close to shopping streets, money exchange and nice restaurants.

Facility has no elevator. Staff are helpful to carry your luggage upstairs. Some rooms are located just above a very noisy bar and they can be very noisy very late at night. Staff was helpful and changed the room the next day.

Location is the best. We enjoyed our room overlooking the square. Comfortable beds. Nice breakfast on the terrace. Receptionists were kind and helpful. Great tours booked right at the front desk.

It wasn't a problem for us- but guests should know there is no lift. Blankets are not soft.

The hotel was not only well located in that you were able to access many tourist attractions on foot, but the street it was on was a vibrant, colorful square with several decent restaurants and stores. Our room was very nice, and sizable. There was a pot to boil water, and nice ceramic cups to make coffee or tea. There was plenty of hot water for a shower, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, and was served on the sixth floor from which there is a nice view of the square.

My only minor complaint is that there is no elevator to haul our suitcases upstairs. The staff was quite helpful in taking the luggage up for us.
