Everything was very good in Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon. Excellent service. The hotel staff were very good. The room is large and clean. The location of the hotel is very wonderful, close to the markets. The cleanliness in the hotel is very excellent. Honestly, Zorlu Grand Hotel is number (1) in the city of Trabzon.

Location and service, staff were helpful

Some furniture in the room apparently very old and needs changing ( some parts of the sitting chair turned black due to over usage )

First of all the hotel staff were very kind and helpful . Special thanks for Ms.Ozlem Kaymaz (Fatima) the gust relation manager who had arranged our 30th anniversary with wonderful smile. Also Mr. Hasan (Hotel bag carrier) and Mr. Yavuz ( Car parking driver) were very kind. Second, The hotel location is perfect in the heart of the city center.

There might be bed bugs as we felt some bites during sleeping.

Location, in the middle of Trabzon center and near to restaurants and shopping Staff who help with luggage specially a young man his name is Morad very nice and helpful Lobby is nice and quiet

Old furniture and facilities Swimming pool is small and staff there were rude Reception staff are not welcoming and need to improve their communication skills specially 2 men

I liked everything about the hotel, from its location to the markets. Zorlu Grand Hotel Trabzon is the best hotel in Trabzon Square in terms of cleanliness and service.

The breakfast was extensive with something for everyone. The hotel was busy but vacated tables were rapidly cleared so there was no problem finding somewhere to sit.

The swimming pool was not big but I could not use it as a swimming cap was required. Taxis are unable to access the pedestrian zone outside so less convenient if travelling with much luggage.

Location was perfect also the room was clean

The staff do not speak English well, especially those working in the buffet. In a five-star hotel, it is expected that they should be proficient in English to communicate with tourists. However, they were very kind, tried to communicate in every way, and helped in every possible manner

The hotel is nicely located in Meydan, where everything is near you, like money exchange, telecom companies, shops, caffès and restaurants. The staff are helpful and friendly. The room options are varied to accommodate your needs.

My request was clear and specific, and I have communicated through booking to ensure that my request was received correctly. And they have assured that by communicating back to me. When I reached the hotel, I found that I was not given the city view and the rooms that I had requested. They compensated that for me but I wish they stayed true to my request instead. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
