First of all I would like to mention the nice person Mr. MOHAMMED from CBC renting car agency .. He is a Super helpful and available most of the time to help with a quick responses on any question .. He is always asking if we need help not just in his speciality ! The Hotel location is perfect it located in the center of Trabzon .. Where you can do shopping or have the most delicious food .. The beautiful view of our room (509) ! and it space is perfect Breakfast is good Some of the employees are nice

Not providing the drinks in the room every day ! (Tea - Coffee - Water) Not providing the Tissues in the room every day ! The person who was behind the reception desk upon our arrival was rude ! I after the check in procedures I asked him to check out the room number cause he gave us other client room key & we get inside the room we found there things !! And some one was in the toilet !!!! When I told him that he gave me the wrong key.. he was shouting saying that I ask him for the (505) room key !! How come I ask for the room key by the number and we just arrive to the hotel !!! I I don't know where is the room ?!!! We ask for 2 king size bed only .. We found them but there was single bed also !!!!! Which made the space smaller !

The staff are not friendly they are grumpy and sarcastic. They gave us a room underground with no windows they told us they didn't have any rooms left but we replaced it after some talking, we were 4 women maybe they thought we wouldn't complain it was an off-putting experience. except one young man in the staff was really friendly and helpful I wish I knew his name thank you for your kindness, the other staff need training to smile and be more hospitable towards different people. The room is small

The room was spotless, and the bed was so comfortable that I forgot all my tiredness in just one night. The bathroom had constant hot water, and the towels smelled fresh and clean. The staff were genuinely caring, warm, and sincere — they treat you like old friends you’ve known for years. Whenever you need something, they’re quick to help. Breakfast was fresh and delicious, especially the variety of cheeses and the fresh bread. If I ever stay in Trabzon again, I wouldn’t think twice about choosing this place. With its perfect location, comfort, and friendly service, it’s truly the kind of hotel that makes you say, “I’m so glad I stayed here.
