Holiday Inn Trabzon provides an exceptional stay with its modern facilities and welcoming atmosphere. It close to airport, hardly 10 minutes away, Rooms are so clean, and hygiene We order dinner as we reach late, this was one of best burgers and steak we had recently, And breakfast was excellent. The staff’s supportive and professional behavior truly stands out, especially Duty Manager Mohamed Ali, whose dedication to guest satisfaction is remarkable. His proactive approach and attention to detail ensure every need is met with efficiency and care. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Trabzon!

Luckily I made a choice of Holiday inn at Yomra Trabzon. Very nice and clean and maintained hotel. Many restaurants and grocery stores are nearby. Almost in center of main attractions. Better take Rent-a-car and drive your own. Every drive is one hour or little bit more except for places in Rize. Must visit places Uzongol, Sultan Murat (Highest point), Cal Cave, HiderNabi, Sumela Monestary. In Rize region, Firtina Deresi, Ayder and Zilkale. All places worth visiting.

The only thing I didn't like is my short stay of 4 nights. I wish I could have more stay on this beautiful place

The whole experience from check-in till check-out was excellent. The location was excellent along the main road with free parking. Breakfast selection was wide with attentive staff that refilled all plates the whole time. The hotel is perfect for arab families, had a Qibla sticker in the room, a prayer mat in the room, a shattaf in the bathroom and best of all, arabic speaking front office staff.

Wish it had a swimming pool. No maple syrup despite serving perfect pancakes for breakfast. Please bring back the brewed coffee instead of the coffee machine.

I quite liked the property. Firstly, I relied on previous customer experiences as reflected by their evaluation score. But when we arrived there, we found it beyond expectation and without doubt we shall consider it for our next visit. Booking.com was quite generous as it offered a special discount for mobile reservations and it was quite value for money.

Nothing in particular. Once value for money is achieved, we can easily ignore any imperfections. I am quite impressed by the lovely features brought by Booking.com and how it continuously does its best to ensure an optimum travel experience.

It is a nice hotel, lost its sea view (almost with the neighbouring new high-rise). Excellent concierge service.

The parking below the hotel needs allot of work to be safe. Very slow check in service. We stayed for 7 days and the breakfast was almost the same with minor changes in hot dishes; need to have more options. Walls are not good enough to block neighbours noises. They have a major issue being under staffed and the rooms are not cleaned properly; bed sheets were the same for seven nights.

We enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Staff was super friendly, breakfast various though just one type of coffee (filter coffee) other options such as turkish coffee for additional charge. Room was clean, new

Though we booked a non smoking room, I couls smell smoke from main ventilation. It was annoying. Walls were thin so we could hear our neighbours talking. Location is quite far from the main part of the city. There's a construction building nearby and some parts of it seemed like swamp so we couldnt open the window as mosquitoes flew in the room. It may be a big problem later on.

The staff were very friendly and attentive. The room was spacious and very clean. The breakfast daily was superb. On arrival we were treated by check-in staff with traditional Turkish tea. The best service by any IHG hotel so far

Only thing I would say is the noisy road and the fact that ai had to keep the window open for fresh air - due to AC not working during winter.

We didn’t like that we got a smokers room , afterwards the receptionist told me that all rooms with a extra sofabed are smoker rooms ( maybe declare it like that in the future so the next guests can now it , because nobody from the 3 kf us where smokers and we didnt like it , but where so tired that we didnt wanna go back down in the middle of night and ask for another room ,

The room was clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and friendly specially mohamed ali in the reception, another receptionist spoke Arabic which helped us a lot, the breakfast buffet was very good with lots of options.

The location was hard to take transportation from meydan at night, on the way to meydan was a 10 minutes walk to the bus station, the taxis are waaaay too expensive

With an IHG it is difficult to be mistaken. Everything is practical, efficient and real value for the money. Though prices are considerably higher than expected but this might be due to the season. Staff are supportive, very friendly and very welcoming, they are the key factor making this place worth coming again. Thank you very much! I liked how my room was entirely ready, my check in was so fast, luggage was at my room before I even got there, all facilities were in room and mucu more ..

It is not something I didn't like, just I feel it is an area for improvement, though breakfast has wide varieties but I feel it can be way better by just adding small touches in particular for kids.
