This hotel exceeded my expectations mainly due to the exceptional service provided by the staff. Every team member was courteous, attentive, and always willing to help, making my stay truly enjoyable. Their professionalism and friendly attitude were the highlights of my experience. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone who values excellent customer service.

The rooms have poor insulation against noise. The bed makes annoying noises

The suites are very comfortable with amazing view. The bed sheets and towels are very fresh and clean.. Very helpful and friendly staff, here I need to mention Mr. Mohammad Abdallah for his follow up and care. The breakfast is fair enough, the wifi in rooms and reception is excellent. We had a great stay.

They need some air freshner at reception area and at breakfast hall.

Modern small apartment quite far away from Trabzon centre but it was what we were looking for as it was just for 1 night on our way to Sumela monastery. Restaurant choices nearby.

The Marina Green Suite Hotel was a 10! The staff was friendly and always willing to assist you with your needs especially the girl in the front desk. The hotel was so quiet and comfortable, and in a great location with a beautiful sea view, clean and cozy rooms. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was good. Very polite and friendly staff. The children's playground was good. The hotel was clean and the location of the hotel was good. Only this one did not have a private beach and we had to go somewhere else to swim, while the booking site said it has a private beach

The price of the room for me when I booked was 15,000 lira, but the reservation took 16,000 lira from me and said that the euro rate has changed. I found small worms near the toilet that came quickly and they said that they are usually there. On the second night, something happened in the bathroom, and that was water dripping from the ceiling of the bathroom, so much that we could not use the bathroom. And we had to go somewhere else to urinate. I didn't sleep at all that night because of the children, and tomorrow we had to empty the room so they could come and fix the roof. It can be used until the evening, while the hotel should have given us another room or not charged us for that night's room

The flat is clean and seems new , staff are cooperative , friendly and helpful, view is fantastic, breakfast good, highly recommended

Nothing , everything is ok

I liked the facilities a lot and the extraordinary cleanliness of the room and the hotel in general. The staff were very welcoming and assisted us in all our needs.

Nothing really to be disliked; however, one small note that I have is we struggled at the beginning with hot water and it seemed that the heater was malfunctioning.

The Residence location with the sea view, the Residence staff were very helpful, respectful and hospitable. It is family type of Residence. The breakfast was good with many verities of dishes. We enjoyed the stay in the residence

I had a little chat with the Residence Management who were very good listeners and gave them my suggestion about the lefts programming in addition to the room service schedule

This has to be the most amazing place to stay in trabzon. The rooms were bright, clean & comfortable offering great views of the black sea. The hotel is located just 5 mins away from the city center and the airport. The room had a brand new washing machine, a fridge, kitchenette & many extensive amenities you could ask for. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Everything especially the customer service. Mohammad the yamani guy was sooo nice and helpful.
