Due to hotel is new and not totally operate some of facilities still not in work, network, gym, there is no helping during checkout for the luggage at all i request help but no one come, the staff not professional…

the breakfast at Residence Inn by Marriott Trabzon is one of the highlights of the stay! They serve a great mix of options—from fresh fruits and pastries to eggs, cheeses, and local favorites.The hotel is in a great spot in Yomra—just a short walk to the Beach and only about 10 minutes from Trabzon Airport. It's also not far from the city center, so it's easy to explore the area or relax by the sea

The only downside was a bit of noise from the nearby street, especially during busy hours, but overall the comfort and convenience made up for it. One thing I didn’t find very comfortable was the parking area. Although it’s available and free, most of the parking spots are on a slope, which can be tricky.

The front desk staff were very nice and helpful during checking in and out. The Resturant staff were very kind in serving us during the breakfast time In general everything was very good

This is not a dislike, but a recommendation. 1- The lifts in block B , where we stayed are very slow and need to be replaced. 2- The house keeping staff needs to be provided with a check list for what work needs to be done in the rooms, since they either forgot to replace the towels, or check the bathroom shampoo and shower gel . I hope the hotel looks seriously into these recommendations.

The property was spotlessly clean! Everything was new and sparkling. The hotel is newly opened hence everything felt fresh & neat. Rooms are spacious, bed is very comfortable. It has all the essentials needed for basic cooking. View from the hotel room is beautiful. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The housekeeping staff is well trained and they do an amazing job. Bathroom is well equipped with good quality toileterries and towels.

My husband and child went down in the swimsuit only to find out the swimming pool is not yet open, so that was a bit of a bummer! I wish we were informed earlier about it; we were really looking forward to a nice swimming session as it is an important part of any vacation. Further, I feel the breakfast lacked variety and it's pretty much the same everyday. There's no coffee machine for cappuccino. latte. They do serve black coffee with milk and tea. But no coffee machine.

Staff are kind and helpful , the hotel is clean and well maintained

although the staff are doing their job very well and they always try to help, however I felt that the hotel is understaffed because some services took longer than expected and the staff were multitasking, the breakfast choices are very limited

We had a great stay! The staff were very kind and always smiling. My child loved them and was excited to see them every day. Thank you to all the team, especially Nadia, Fahriya, and Hoor Al Ain, and also the others whose names I didn’t remember. You made our stay very special!

Thank you very much, I’m truly impressed! First of all, I’d like to highlight that the cleanliness is of the highest standard! The reception staff is very attentive and professional. The à la carte menu at the restaurant and the food are amazing! The only thing I would suggest improving is the breakfast menu.

It was very clean and modern. The breakfast buffet was exceptional. The service staff were very friendly and helpful.

There were no electrical outlets in the sitting room. There were lamps, but no outlets to plug them into.

Every thing was amazing the hotel hospitality and the staff was very kind the important thing the staff speaking English which is make communication easy to us highly recommended the hotel
