The cleanliness was impressive. The food was delicious, and the safety measures were outstanding.

The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism in their work environment. However, flexibility is essential to ensure a comfortable experience for visitors from outside the country. For instance, we waited over two hours in the lobby because our check-in was at 2 PM, we arrived at the hotel at 11 AM. Additionally, while English is important, enhancing communication in other languages could also be an area for improvement.

The reception guy I forgot his name for sorry he was very kind, gentle and helpful. He was helping and guiding us very well. In addition, the location of hotel is perfect and quiet. Breakfast was very good but need minor enhancements to be added.

The swimming pool is very small and open only @ 10 am and the gym also open at 10 am which is not suitable for some people who are doing exercises early morning. The room was not clean so much, the dust covered the entire room it’s was not comfortable and I have complained to the receptionist staff, after that they sent the house keeping to clean the room.

From the first day, I was truly impressed with this hotel, which fully lives up to its price. Even though I arrived a few hours early, they kindly offered to store my luggage so I could make the most of my time until my room was ready. The rooms are impeccably clean and thoroughly cleaned every day. The hot water and shower are in excellent condition, making it a pleasure to freshen up after long walks. The room is well-appointed, featuring a large TV, a big mirror, and a small couch. Overall, it is very comfortable. There is also a spacious wardrobe with several hangers for clothes. The breakfast is simply superb, offering everything from custom omelets to a daily selection of different hot dishes and a wide variety of choices. I also enjoyed dining at the hotel every evening throughout the week as the food was delicious. Even though the hotel is located away from the city center, this turned out to be an advantage since the center is quite noisy. The city is easily accessible by both taxi (which is expensive as it is across Turkey) and local minibuses (which one can get used to in just a few days). I ended up preferring taxis, but in hindsight, I wish I had used the minibuses more. The hotel looks exactly like the photos. I would love to return there again.

The only downside during my stay was the inability to connect to the internet, which was disappointing as it lasted throughout the entire week.

During our stay at the hotel, we had an absolutely wonderful and memorable experience. The hotel itself was exceptionally nice, providing a pleasant and comfortable environment with absolutely super clean rooms. Special thanks to Mr. Ozgur for his kindness, support, and constant smile which made a significant positive impact on our overall experience. His attentive and welcoming demeanor contributed to creating a warm and inviting atmosphere throughout our stay. Considering all these positive aspects, we would rate this hotel a solid 10 out of 10.

Spacious room, upgraded to sea view, the sound insulation was impressive; I could hardly hear any noise from outside or neighboring rooms, allowing for a peaceful and restful experience. Clean room and bath, welcoming hotel lobby with good variety of breakfast buffet. Great staff at the reception and the restaurant.

It could be better if there was a shelf at the toilet, with other toiletries..

Everything was good and the staff were very friendly,helpful and kind.. I would like to thank Ms. Esra she was very nice and helpful. Food was good.. in general our staying was very good.

The housekeeping did not clean the room very well every day I have to mention that to the service desk.. hope to improve this point next time.

Everything in the hotel is beautiful, Especially the lady Ozgr Very cooperative and a high creative.all The receptionists are generally excellent. I lived 5 days ago and this is the second time for another 5 days and will com back again.

The bed area is smaller than the king size. Payment in dollars or euros must be accepted

This is my second stay in mercure hotel The location is very pleasant as its near the airport and all the attractions Staff are very friendly and welcoming Breakfast buffet has a lot of variations and it’s delicious, room views are nice

- When you book at 5 starts hotel, you expect someone to come with the luggage carrier to collect you luggage from the car, which was NOT the case here. I unloaded my luggage my self to the lobby. - The lady at reception area was not nice. She was talking from her nose.

The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, the beds were comfortable, and the room size was very good. The gym was also a highlight, equipped with new and modern equipment.

The breakfast buffet was disappointing, with poor quality food and a very limited variety. Additionally, the swimming pool was ridiculously small, closer in size to a bathtub than a proper pool.
