The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It offers excellent value for money — quiet, pleasant, and very comfortable. I’d like to highlight Erjan in particular — he was professional, friendly, and always ready to help. His assistance made our stay even more enjoyable.

the staff at breakfast were not very welcoming. They didn’t smile or greet guests and their looks felt quite unfriendly, which made the atmosphere uncomfortable. Also, while we were eating, they started cleaning — wiping dust very close to the tables where people were still having breakfast. That was inappropriate and disrupted the experience.

the Hotel was very clean the rooms are big and comfy and the views were great from the sea side

some of the towels were very old they need replacement, the water heater kept shutting off and it has to be reset, thought I asked for non smoking room, the room smelled smoke

Location near the airport Staff were really perfect and they know how to deal with guests , I would like to thank Ali, Abdullrahman and Moamar for the full support

1. Some rooms has issues with the toiles, water over flow from the shower instead of going to the drain Toilets needs to be fixed regarding water flow and smell 2. One new staff called Mohammed gave promises to provide extra bed coz we requested separate beds, then he made for us a full drama, but luckily we found smart staff called Abdullrahman who helped us and sort our issue.
