Very clean apartment. There is required kitchenware. There are heating system and air conditioning so the temperature in the apartment is comfortable in both winter and summer. The beds are comfortable. Good view from the window to the sea and taking off airplanes. The block where the apartment is located is quite calm. Also, there are a lot of different cafes and shops near the apartment. Forum Trabzon Shopping Center in walking distance from the apartment where you will be able to have a good shopping and dinner/lunch. The apartment is located close to the Airport, you can go on foot to it.

The shower cabin leaks a little bit. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. There is no kitchen sponge and solt/oil/sugger. Would be nice to have basic products like a solt and oil. When you come for some days is absolutely inconvenient to buy a bottle of oil)

During our recent visit to Trabzon, we had the pleasure of staying at Umut Apartments for four nights in July. Our experience at this property was overwhelmingly positive, with numerous aspects worth highlighting. First and foremost, the location of Umut Apartments is incredibly convenient. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby, and several restaurants and cafes are within walking distance. This made it easy for us to find everything we needed and explore the local dining options without any hassle. The staff at Umut Apartments deserves special recognition for their excellent service. Omran and Rumaisaa were particularly helpful throughout our stay. Rumaisaa went above and beyond to provide us with recommendations for restaurants, car parks, and places to visit. Her attentiveness on WhatsApp was remarkable, as she promptly addressed all our requests and queries. The level of service we received from the staff was beyond our expectations, and we truly couldn't have asked for better assistance. One notable aspect of the property is its cleanliness. Umut Apartments maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout, and there was a pleasant and refreshing smell throughout the premises. This attention to cleanliness added to our overall comfort and satisfaction during our stay. In terms of parking, there is on-road parking available in front of the apartments. Although it may be a concern for some, we found it to be quite safe and always accessible. This convenience further enhanced our experience, as we had peace of mind knowing that our vehicle was securely parked. Moreover, Umut Apartments provided all the necessary items for our stay. The staff was incredibly cooperative and accommodating, promptly fulfilling our requests for any missing items. Whether it was a fry pan, tea spoons, or a tissue box, they provided them with a big smile, ensuring that we had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable.

There were practically none. The size of the apartments may be considered small by some, but this was not surprising as it was clearly mentioned beforehand. Additionally, we experienced a water leak in the bathroom after taking a shower. However, the staff was quick to address the issue and fixed it immediately upon our report. These minor inconveniences did not overshadow the overwhelmingly positive experience we had at Umut Apartments.

The apartment was modern and clean. The kitchen and bathroom were equipped with everything we need. The neighbourhood is quiet

The walls in the building were thin with no soundproofing and we could hear loud noise from the apartment above us which continued past 10 pm. We had to go to the reception twice to complain about the noise. Only after the second complaint did the noise stop.

1-The location is great near to airport and very near to restaurant and supermarket 2-easy access no traffic in and out 3- parking available all time 4- very friendly staff and very helpful 5- apartment is clean and having AC.

Apartment is not having noise isolation you can hear your neighbours also kitchen not having microwave although it has all other items necessary for cooking plus it has oven

Excellent location. Close to shops, restaurants, airport, pharmacy, petrol station and mosques. Bedrooms are good size with adequate wardrobe storage. Reception staff is helpful but language can be issue, only speak Arabic or Turkish.

Dinning room is bit cramped, can do with upgrade of the furniture.

Good location, closed to a road full of restaurants and grocery shops. close to car rental offices. Imran was very nice and hospitable.

The toilet had a small leak. which they stated that they were waiting for the parts to fix it. So probably it is fixed by now.

Nice bedrooms, good location near major roads and nearby nice cafe (Yemen Kahvesi) and busy street with lots of restaurants/cafes, staff try to be helpful and are around to help (don't speak much English). Good kitchen

Living room is slightly small and only sofa space for 2 people, bathroom is a bit small, sometimes they don't clean the room you have to tell them specifically to clean it

The apartment was super clean, newly renovated, bright and furniture looked new. It was equipped with everything we needed. We stayed for one night only before leaving Trabzon, but wished we picked this place from the beginning. It was way better than other places and for only 1/3 of the price!

The room is clean, cozy and full of sun light. Near from the airport and Fourm mall. And also nearby many restaurants and supermarkets. Roads to the hotel wide, comfortable and straight.
