The hotel is clean and the staff are extremely friendly, i lost my headphones in the room and checked out, once I arrived at the airport I recognised that I have lost them, I contacted the hotel and asked about their location the staff brought it to me to the airport gate!! Huge respect to these amazing people.

Everything was great

It is located near the Airport, University, coffee shops, restaurants and grocery shops. Great place for people who has to do some work in KTU. The receptionist was very nice, always asked if anything was needed during our stay.

1) Marital status- this is privacy, shouldn’t be asked by the hotel/accommodation staff. I saw some comments that marriage certificate is also required in many instances. So be aware of it, before booking it. 2) Although there was a washing machine, no drying rack was provided. Also, it wasn’t available when I requested it. However, I decided to buy one on my own to dry the washed clothes. 3) According to the local standards, it is a bit pricey. You can rent a 1+1 apartment from locals for cheaper.

This.location was close to the airport, offered off road parking, close to the market and close to restaurants The stay had the luxury of a balcony and a in suite laundry machine. The beds were very comfortable. The staff at check in and check out were amazing!

There were construction improvements being made but this did not have a negative impact on our stay. I would suggest some enhancements to the suites, with respect to basic kitchen needs. For example, salt and pepper, sugar tea and coffee would be great additions to the amenities.

Nice new place near the airport. Free, safe and secure parking for cars and motorcycles.

Construction quality was lacking. It didn't affect our stay, but the kitchen trim broke, the shower door didn't close properly, and other trim was poorly installed.

The staff Osama (Usame) is an excellent host to take care of each and every need. He made our trip so easy and comforting. He arranged local sightseeing & day trips for us. Also, he arranged a rental car. The apartment is good in all aspects. It is situated in an excellent location, near to the airport and supermarkets around. Car Rental services around. The place is family safe. Perfect stay for the Trabzon vacation.

Good, clean and comfortable apartments with private parking. The host was very kind and friendly, it was a small problem with my room, the host had solved it immediately. Thank you! Food stores and small restaurants, including 24h, are located on the street 50 m from hotel. Fine place to spend several nights.

super hotel! the room is very good and clean! There is a kitchen and utensils, and I was very pleased with the presence of a large refrigerator! very comfortable, like at home! The staff is very friendly and welcoming! there is even an iron in the room) The presence of a large balcony, on which there is a table and there you can eat with your family! A great choice especially if you are traveling with a family. If I go to Trabzon again, I will definitely stay at this hotel!

Place is very near to airport (only 5 min by car), recommended for people who have early morning flight as Trabzon traffic can be very heavy. Place is clean and well maintain.

Office/ reception Is close in the morning, so you have to leave the key in apartment without locking as there is no keydrop box. Quite far from downtown Trabzon.

Very friendly and attentive staff! The location is excellent, 10 minutes by car anywhere in Trabzon! Near the hotel there are supermarkets, cafes and restaurants! There is a large parking lot! We will definitely return to this hotel!
