It’s within walking distance of the airport, and you can easily catch a minibus to the mall, the bus terminal or the meydana.

The location of the hotel, staff were ok. Design of the room

When i receive the key by the check in i opened the door to realize that they forgot to clean the room before i receive it. After that they apologized and changed the room for us.

The desk staff were lovely and so incredibly helpful. The location is walking distance from the airport, which was perfect for us.

Our room smelt a little like cigarettes but otherwise fine.

Beautiful rooms. Close to airport, very clean, very warm, comfortable bed, big rooms.

the bathroom needs renovation, the shower is broken and it smells damp

2-4 minutes to grocery shop, different restaurants and taxi booth. friend stuff front of the airport, if you carrying light luggage don’t need t call for taxi, just cross pedestrian bridge front of the airport for 2-4 minutes

Internet was slow in the rooms, however in the lobby is fast. flights noise

The location is good, 5 minutes from the airport which was convenient for me. The rooms are spacious and water is hot, wifi is good and breakfast is amazing

The lifts are too tiny and very slow

Everything! The room view was fantastic and staffs are very kind. Especially Mr.Nizet was very helpful and fun! The breakfast - always fresh and so delicious. The best in Trabzon.

the hotel near the airport. but when I want to sleep I close the windows and the noise disappears. the view is amazing. the rooms are big. there is a huge balcony in my room with amazing view to the sea.

The staff were friendly and helpful, Clean, Nice light Breakfast, Calm, Location wise was good for our trip, The value for the price was great. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.

The smell of the bathroom wasn't very pleasant, rather ok, (According to the staff it is duo to the closeness to the sea).
